Hipsters as an insult?

Would you take being called a hipster as an insult? If I did dress like this I wouldn't, but I don't. But I do know a few that would've took it as an insult since that isn't what they are. From my heart I would never be caught dead wearing skinny jeans, plaid shirts, and a weird hat that I have no idea what it is. What do you take it as?

Well, they're all ugly and gross, so yes it would be an insult LOL!

Finally.

There are a lot of people like in Denver. It makes me feel like I should put more effort into how I dress. I mean they go all out.
