Cancer case of wanting what you can't have?

We've had some rough patches but always worked through them well. This last rough patch, I broke up with him because of wishy washy behaviour, it took two months if him trying, but I took him back about a month ago and I thought things were going well, but he is being confusing (let's move in together, lets not, I'm not sure anymore, etc). Are cancer men always so wishy washy like this? I feel like now that he has me back, he doesn't really want me anymore. He says he does, he says he loves me and work is really overwhelming right now (he is a brand new attorney), but even before when work was hectic and I was off doing my own thing and not chasing him, he was all over me. Now his actions are causing me to feel that he does not really feel for me what he says he does. Do cancers like the chase more than the capture?

You broke with him for a reason .. did you think that he was going to wake up one day and be a different person .... let me guess, he was going to be this different person JUST FOR YOU.
