When you say Cancer females, do you mean females of any sign with their Mars in Cancer? Or females that have both their Sun and Mars in Cancer?

I know I have the 2nd one and there's a conjunction between the two. Also, pretty much everything in that link is true.
Including this: "Mars in Cancer can be passive-aggressive. They don't care for change or direct confrontations."

The last paragraph made me laugh tho cause it's true for me but in a more specific way.

I have had trouble with cancer sun females... Have a couple in my life... I love them, one is like a daughter to me... She drives me crazy... She is super thoughtful but it just gets overlooked by me because of the neediness... It makes me sound bitchy but I'm just expressing how I feel here... I would never hurt her.. The other is a friend and we are not that close anymore... She is really competitive with me and I just hate it.... We do have fun when it's just not her and I together... I am trying to figure out my chart and was just surprised by this cancer in mars placement... My only cancer placement...

I would chalk it up to the type of people you happen to be meeting. Not a lot of people can handle neediness and not a lot of people enjoy friends trying to be competitive with them. The cancer females I have known have all been really down to earth people. They're kind, calm, put up with a lot, and are generally fun to be around. I know cancers are sometimes said to be needy or whiny at their worst, but the girls I've known haven't been like that. You seem to have met different cancers with occasional behaviors that are universally unappealing. But, if you'd like to try to make sense out of it chart wise, then go ahead. In my uneducated opinion, I'd say look elsewhere than your mars.
