Intimacy issues - What placements?

What placements or um, various connections make it so that you could possibly have intimacy issues?
Or once bitten twice shy in a way? Nothing seriously traumatic of a happening though I'd admit.

Can that even be filtered into a placement?

My childhood wasn't healthy. Therefore my adulthood made me feel caution and caused some trust issues with men. Because of that I just date here and there and build a bigger wall up. So it's been a struggle. I just like being single and don't have any reason other than showing true emotions. The men I have in my life are signs that aren't stable. Or they are for someone else because I don't show right away. Even if I jump into it's later I see things.

@Pandora101 - Yeah i have that but I didn't want to pigeon hole Cap moons as having intimacy issues. I don't know to many personally irl.


@FirstDecanTaurianWomen0428 - I hear you. Are the men you chose more like a defense mechanism? You chose guys you know you truly can't love because you fear the feeling of loving and loss?

Cap moons don't have intimacy issues per se, we just don't connect intimately with very many people. Those with whom I'm close, know everything about me and my inner "demons" so to speak, And I'm comfortable letting them see it.

This from my perspective of course, as a cap moon.

Definitely. I'm a cancer sun, aqua moon and venus in gemini. Air is just not for anything too sirious. I need my 'freedom'. I had a nice childhood, great parents. I love people. And I never want to hurt someone, but even friends tell me I can be too cold. :/ 🙂

@OP- A failure is devastating effects. I am who I am even with changes. Seems to me a defensive mechanism automatically. Because of what I go through. I grew up wisely enough to know what I need out of someone. I highly need that trusting and faithfulness right away off the bat. Of course in a ltr. In friendship I still need trust in woman and man and just a friend, then a best friend, and then a lover in that order. Idk weird.

Saturn conjunction moon, moon in cap or Aqua, Venus in Virgo, Mercury in cancer, Mars in Aqua or Pisces

@starlover - Yes my Saturn touches damn near everything though I'm heavy Cap.
But my Saturn is in my 1st house with everything else really.
So it makes me hyper-sensitive (and maybe even fearful) to anything that actually touches those planets.

Saturn totally screws me in this case.

it touches my mercury, venus, neptune and uranus all in Cap and squares my moon.

I have definitely had intimacy problems in the past but I've been making a valiant effort to work through them and I feel much
more aware of what kind of intimacy works for me. What remains is feeling like I only want to be intimate and romantic with people who are worth the investment of my energy and who aren't going to play games with me.
