need help & advice with dating a libra man

i am a gemini woman. i went on a date with a libra man. we had a good time. it seemed like he liked me, he kept trying to hold my hand, touch me, tickle me, and flirt with me like crazy. he kept complimenting me and talking about my interests. we had a lot of laughs and jokes. he paid for both places we went, dinner and ice cream. i kissed him because it seemed like he wanted me to all night and we talked about it about two weeks before our date. he kissed me back and seemed into it and when i asked if we would see each other again he said we would. but since that night i've tried asking him to hang out again (i only texted him once) and he hasn't replied or even checked his message (imessage tells me if he read my text) now i'm worried. it's been 5 days and he still hasn't read it or replied. should i be worried? do libra men act like this if they like someone? like needing space to sort out how they feel about someone? or he might be just busy? help.
