seekin out of ordinary experiences

for some reason i find myself goin out of my way to seek out of ordinary experiences. i'm not happy with doin what everyone else is doin (....well obviously apart from the basic stuff we all gotta do in life like goin to work and makin a livin). i got this strong yearning to experience sumthin out of the norm and different while i'm still alive. i ain't talkin about doin unethical things. just in life in general. i wanna experience sumthin extraordinary. i got a thirst for some kinda adventure.....anyone else feel like this? i'm a sagittarius...

Yeah I feel like that a lot. Like I want to do things that are out of the ordinary or different. Or just things that are new to me or things I haven't done that much of. I'm 100% committed to who ever I'm dating, but I'll put it out there and say "Hey why don't we...." "I always wondered how....". Just different things to do or talk about.
Or sometimes I just want to get away and be by myself. Like explore a city, or a new state. Go to some foreign place where I don't know anyone and just take it all in.

yes!!!! i feel like there's gotta be more to life than what i've seen and experienced so far. i've been on this earth for 20 treetrunking years (gonna be 21 next month) and i've yet to have a soul-transforming, magical experience!! lol (i know i'm still young and butter but i feel like i should've had one by now or i should at least be expecting one real soon)
cuz i'm treetrunking jaded!! lol
sometimes i get this crazy ass impulse to leave everything in my life behind and go on a never-ending adventure!!!!! lol (i know i sound like peter pan lol) i wanna see what's out there. i look around and see the same old butter everyday. the only thing i find inspiring is nature lol i want more than just an ordinary life! lol

you gotta make it happen, man! our time on this earth is limited!! you're the same age as me so you still have plenty of time to quench that thirst for adventure lol use your freedom to the fullest! haha

travel broadens ur perspective and makes u less ignorant if u go with an open mind. it helps u evolve and dats what life is about.

it really is! my dad sponsors kids from poverty-stricken countires through Plan USA and SOS children. I recently started helping him. you could even do some volunteer work and butter if you have time.
when i was in highschool i used to volunteer at the local nursing home once a month. you're just basically there to entertain the elderly and bring some comfort to them. a lot of them don't have familes who visit them there so they get lonely and that's where you come in lol i mean i admit it was kinda depressing at times knowing that these people would be crossing over to the other side soon but that's what made my limited interaction time with them all the more important.

i know what you mean though. we're all starving for that special connection with someone. we wander through life looking for that person and sometimes get discouraged by the false alarms along the way but if we lose hope right then and there its game over so we keep looking lol
you could be the richest dude in the world and yet if your life is void of that connection and your soul is bleeding, then you're still gonna feel like butter when you go to bed at night lol
do you ever get lonely at night and butter? lol i do sometimes haha but i feel a sense of peace after i get into bed. like right before i fall asleep. i feel like my pain and everything just floats away lol

definatly. and like what others were saying, I like to do things that help people or volunteer work. Their all new experiences too, like forest preserves, or animal shelters, food pantries and tutoring.

yeh sometimes but i'm used to it. most people look forward to goin to bed cuz when u sleepin ur mind is turned off so u dont feel anythin (since thought precedes emotion) and u dont analyze needlessly. u just sleepin. it's one of the most peaceful states dat u could be in....i already have a vision of how i wanna live my life and imma do the things i wanna do regardless of whether i got somebody with me or not but i'm just sayin it'd be real tight to have an accomplice to share the adventure with...lol

depends on who u doin the adventure with. but if u keep ur values and morals in tact and stay true to urself no matter what the cost then u gonna be fine where ever life takes u....

i agree. we can still have endless fun in life while being responsible. when you're near the end of your life, you wanna be able to look back and say "damn, i lived every fucking day to the fullest" lol i try to look for little things to be grateful for every day.
