Nominally I am a Protestant (though often somewhat agnostic) but I tend to find that I very much like and get on well with Catholics for some reason (I think I find them on the whole very kind and hospitable people). Whether or not Catholicism is in itself "true" or whatever (in theory) I can rank some major world religions in terms of how much I like or dislike their adherents:
1) Catholics (see above) 2) Hindus (similar to Catholics - kind and good-humoured) 3) Protestants (I suppose - they vary) 4) Buddhists (supercilious and patronising - whether born into the religion or a convert: also some Buddhist countries such as Thailand and Sri Lanka are quite violent places) 5) Muslims (in theory I respect Islam but Muslims seem on the whole to be a miserable bunch and there seems to be an awful lot of violence and human rights abuses in Muslim countries: chronically so) 6) Jews: because they believe that they are "God's chosen people" they seem to despise all other people and mistreat/exploit them.
