I been friends with this girl whos a sagittarius for about 3 months now going on 4 her name is sarah. I'm a cancer female. I knew her from along time ago through one of my best guy friends and at first me n her didn't click that well, then about a year later 3 months ago we started talking again cause the same best guy friend is her friend too. Over the past 3 months me and her sarah grew really close and we come to find out we have alot in common. She really opened up to me and we been through the same things with friends. I really went out of my way to be a good friend to her and she did so many amazing things for me. But the problem is she is very over weight and has a hard time getting guys. Im fit and in good shape and I noticed that when we go out she gets jealous sometimes cause guys give me more attention then her. But i've told her time and time again that I would never ever talk to a guy she was into cause Im not that type of person & her friendship means alot to me. She said she just has a hard time trusting girls cause other female bestfriends of her done that to her before, I assured her again I would not. Then last weekend we went to this guy toms house who is good firends with me and sarahs best guy friend rick, this guy tom is super cool and me and him are just friends. Don't get me wrong he is very good looking but I DO NOT like him at all. I just like him as a friend. I actually liked toms friend rick. Sarah has hung out with tom and his other two bestfriends and our best guy friend about 3 times. I knew she liked him but she was just shy, she asked me since me and tom became cool friends to see if he liked her. I tired my ways to find out but the dude tom would beat around the bush which made me think he wasn't into her, but I told her if shes really into him she cant be so shy and not talk to him she needs to be more up front n go after what she wants. So he had a party coming up last friday that we went to. When I first walked in the door tom said to me "wow you look great" and didn't say anything about sarah looking nice. I said thanks but I could tell right there she was kinda upset. As the night went on I was doing my own thing talking to everyone who was there, and some how in the middle of the night she got mad because tom was talking to me more then her, and she fliped out on me in front of everyone at the party. I was drunk and I didn't even want to fight with her cause I thought she was acting crazy.

Me and tom were just friends. I don't know how tom looks at me but I look at him as a friend and hes never flirted with me or anything he just gave me a compliment and talked to me more then her, but thats not my problem. & I would never ever talk to him anyways cause she means way more to me then that. So didn't talk to me for the rest of the night and then went home. She sent me a text message saying I hope u know were done. And I just didn't respond cause I was so upset. Then I figured Id give her a few days to cool off, so I called her today to talk to her, she didn't answer so I left her a voice mail saying how this is so stupid to loose my friendship over a guy that I dont even like who Im just friends with. She never called me back and that was like 7 hours ago. I just dont know what to do at this point cause Im so upset. I want to call her again but I think I'll feel like a fool if she wont answer or text me back a second time. Im just lost for words and heartbroken about this cause she meant alot to me as friend. My best guy friend lives with her and I told him if he could talk to her that would be great but I don't know what hes going to say, and even if she is going to listen to him. I have no idea what to do. Any advice please help !?

& if it really went down like you say it did, she's not that great of a friend to you anyways so it's not really your loss.
She's got her insecurities to deal with before she can be anyone's friend.

BUT with that being said, I know with cancer chicks, they can be a bit of umm...how do I say this? Lol...
Attention whores? and then always play the victim when people get fed up with their shit.

I'm not saying that's what's going on...just something to consider.?
She might see it this way.

Yes, I've also know water woman to be obsessed with men and attention. They would always choose that over friendship. All my pisces friends are like that. I love them but they don't have much of a backbone or self assurance.

She probably felt like that was more important to you and maybe saw you as weak and petty.

But that being said she also needs to work out her insecurities.

I agree, she's not being a good friend. I used to be over weight and my best frind of 5 years now has and always will get more attention from guys then me. She just has that model look even when she doesn't try. Can I blame her for being a beautiful girl— She's my friend and I love her! But she's a leo lol and I've always found myself intimidated by my cousins girlfriend's sister who's a cancer. She's just a regular girl like the rest of us, but I feel insecure around her for some reason. And this not involving guys. It's just her personality that I love and feel low for some reason. Anyways, like I said, I was overweight when I met my super skinny best friend. She had the skinny genes lol and funny thing, lol I love sharing these funny facts about my friendship with her, as the years went by (she's a year older then me) as she gained weight I lost weight. It's funny because even today we're on the phone and I'd say babe I gained some weight and she's like I lost some. It's funny because she WANTs to gain weight lol and I want to lose. I mean, we're both good now and turns out she finds herself insecure or jealous of my personality even while I was chubby so really your 'friend' needs to figure that out! And if she wants to loose weight you can always suport her by going to the gym together. I love having a friend to work out with. But if she continues to treat you the way she does, and I don't care what sign you are or how you act around guys because if she wants to have you as a friend then she has to accept you as you are. My best friend for crying out loud has this suductive shy way that seems almost on purpose but hey that's how she is, if she does it on purpose whatever as long as her intentions with me are good, that's what a friendship is about, knowing your friends ways and intentions.

I was overweight too.... shy sag as well... I understand her. Never did that over a guy, but i know how she feels. And I get upset with friensd too, and can cut them out of my life for short or long period of time, depends on the situation..

she needs to cool down. It will take days even. She'll realise she's wrong, trust me... and then she will need some time to accept she did you wrong... had a similar situation with an aries male friend... imagine us, stubborn as hell :🙂
If a week goes by, and you really feel you still want to be friends, message her... don't call.. When I'm upset and the person calls me i get furious! Like i have no logic at all.
She's comparing you to other friends who did something bad to her... and she needs time. That's a sag friend by the way. I'm like that too...
It's good in a way, cause if she never saw you as a true friend she wouldn't act like this. 🙂

I am a Sag female and I used to have a Cancer female friend but I ended it because of her see through intentions. Most Sag's get a gut feeling and they just don't trust a situation or a person's intention and they are usually right about it. Cancer's are very flirty and some times don't realize how badly they are flirting with someone. I ended a 10 year friendship with my Cancer friend because she was telling me how great of a boyfriend I had and how lucky I am and how sweet he is and how she wishes she could have a relationship like mine. Then she goes over and starts heavily flirting with him including costantly touching him while talking with him. He is totally oblivious of the situation however, I knew what she was doing. She has a huge problem with wanting other woman's men because she sees how great their relationship is and wants it for herself yet, she doesn't realize that, that is not how you go about getting one. Her and I have never like the same men before. I have been dating this man for a year and a half at the time and that was the first time she met him. Our friendship has always consist of meeting for lunch, for dinner or weekend getaways. It worked really well for us until she wanted my boyfriend. It's been over a year now since I ended our friendship and I found out a couple of months ago that one of her other friends had told me that she really liked my boyfriend cause she thought they had a connection and wanted to see if she could find out for sure. My instincts were right as usual. The messed up thing is, is that she destroyed our friendship because she thought she might have a connection with my boyfriend who was oblivious to her intentions in the first place. He also doens't even like her because he knows she's a train wreck and an attention getter at any cost.....It's sad though......she even tries to contact me once in a while to get together but that will never happen. So, for being a Sag female, if I feel you crossed me or even have the intentions of crossing me then, I will cut you out of my life with no second thought about it.
