sag on the cusp of capicorn male

Just wanted to know if anyone had any insight on a sag on the cusps of cap male. I am a Pisces woman and in dealing with him it is so co confusing.

I only know a female on that cusp

He is a sag but his birthday is close to capicorn.

I've only ever been unfortunate enough to acquire first impressions of a male and female sag/cap cusp.
