I just quit my job of five years. Been miserable for a long time. I want to find my purpose in this life but I have no clue what's going on. I know that all people go through these thimgs but are any Scorpios relating in any way?

I can definitely say that I am going through some *major* beginnings & endings at the moment; my life seems to be taking on a theme of doing away with the old and useless, and begining anew. I have no idea if this can be backed up astrologically, I'm just speaking for myself.
Don't be miserable, though. Try to see both the negative and positive things that are happening to you as a constant progression forward. That's how I try to look at things, when life sucks!

Yeah, they are going through it; if you believe in astrology. Every Scorpio I have talked to is either going through some stuff, or heading into or out of major life changes.

I love the name; it's a very postive statement. I am another Scorpio to answer your question. We do seem to die in certain areas of our lives only to be reborn in to others; fresh and invigorated; ready to take on the world once again. At the time we go through 'it' (speaking about other Scorpio family & friends perdiciments); 'it' is some what traumatizing, but when all is said and done it is exactly what is needed in order to recharge our mental batteries. Most of us actually thrive on the chaos, and wouldn't have it any other way; even if we do complain about it from time to time. You'll see just hold on...

By the way, thank you for the compliment on my screen name; I picked that one because I, too, thought it was a positive statement on us Scorps. It is certainly true what you're saying, about the fact that though our trials & tribulations can seem horrible at the time, we do have that ability and inner strength deep within to rise up and become wiser and stronger every time. But of course, hindsight is always 20/20 and it can be hard at the time of our troubles to remind ourselves that everything is a learning experience. I'll bet we live a long time, too! (Like the Leos and Capricorns)...What do you think?

Your only 20??!! You sound much more mature than that. But, I suppose there are some 20 year olds with a good head on their shoulders. It took me twice as long. I'm still a 40 year old kid. At 40 you should be a very, very wise woman. Hats off to you my Scorpio friend!!

You are right! I am 44. I love being in my forties...as far as I am concerned, they are the best! I work with a lot of 22-25 year olds though...we get along great. It is fun!

i know just what your talking about i am going through this uncontrolable need to change my life . i just sold my car quit my job took a part time job went back to college just made appt. to have my nose done, these are just minor changes to my life at least thats how i see it

I don't blame them. It can be sad and lonely when they don't have someone to talk to. Virgos have the same problems. Both signs can be especially hard to understand, but they can see eye to eye and make each other happy.
Let me start out by saying that I have been married to this man for over 10 years and we've known each other for 15 yrs. We do not meet eye to eye on anything. He lies about just about every thing. He's not helpful. What should I do.
