Balanced Chakra's

Hi, i have recently began learning about the 7 chakra's and how to balance them,

Are there any people who are fimular with chakra's and have any good tips on how to balance out all the chakras??

Also, when all your chakra's are balanced, does it make others attracted to you and want to be around you because your energy levels are good?

I took a chakra test and only two of my chakras are open, or active...brow and crown.

A year later same results. Only third eye and crown open. I need to find a way to open the root chakra or whatever its called.
