Confused my this charming Scorpio

I work with this Scorpio man and I see him 2 days a week for the past 3 monto and he always says hello beautiful, pretty, George use or something like that. We actually stopped and talked a couple days ago and he kept say we would like to take me out and he would like to be my boyfriend, and many other things that made me blush. He was very open about himself and how he likes me, I was surprised when he told me he was a scorpio. We exchanged numbers and we talked on the phone for 5mins yesterday and he hasn't txt or called me at all. When we are I front of eachother he stares and talks to me like we are the only ones around but he doesn't call or txt me to set up a date to go out.
What should my next move be?

I would think if he was interested once he got my number he would call me because he he said he wanted to call me all the time an take me out hes hard to read when we aren't right in front of each other, it begs the question does he even think about me when we aren't in the same vicinity, but when we are near each other he almost never takes his eyes off me.
I have given him the benefit of the doubt because one of my coworkers says hes a flirt but I dont know him as well as i'd like to determine if hes a player or not. When we were talking about ourselves to one another said he doesn't do much outside of work, he goes to work and goes home, typical homebody, but if hes this homebody why hasn't he called or at least txt me.
