Well lets hope you've saved some money along the way..I am sure sure 2/3 days won't make that much of a difference..depends on your mood..I seem to go on hunger strikes when I am depressed..so no spending there!..lol
I usually do, today I'm all good, but holy $ hite, yesterday EVERYTHING went wrong, and I just felt down, I should NOT have been at work. A few days off wouldn't hurt either.
I'm the hunger strike type too. But I can't seem to shake some things and when it's especially emotional, I have a real hard time concentrating on work. I literally have to MAKE myself focus.
I've thought of not working when I'm going through a rough time emotionally but it just doesn't seem like a good enough reason. My thoughts are that I'm fine physically fine but being emotionally sick is just as disruptive, I've found out 😢 I may want to cry every now and then but usually you get distracted joking with your co-workers lol
I also can't get myself to eat though, I lose a lot of weight in a few days when I'm down. And if I've ever hit rock bottom, I fell completely apart but at work all seemed fine.
usually at work i tend to turn off any emotions from home/personal life.....I just think about work mainly....sometimes it can be tough if there are severe circumstances....but usually, with normal run of the mill problems, i can change my thoughts easily, i don't think its tough when u are occupied.....
