It is happy hour on the scorp board........

I know scorps like a good drink from time to time. I am buying the first round.....what is your drink? What do you want to talk about—? (I have always thought it would be fun to be a bartender / drunk psychologist) lol can you tell?

Bartender .....give my friend Ms. P a pomgrante martini .....and my friend Vital Sign is going to need a double of burbon on the rocks ....lol ....and me well give me a double vodka tonic with a lime in it.

Vital Sign - Well that is a complicated question. I used to think so. A few years ago I fell pretty hard for this sagittarius whom I thought I was cosmically connected to and that all went to hell in a hand basket. That really threw my intuition off the grid ....because in my soul I thought it was almost like a karmic connection. He broke my heart. Now I have heard that when soul mates meet sometimes they are just not ready for one another. I don't know about that. I don't know .....it makes me second guess myself because maybe it was all in my head .....you kinda ....like I wanted it to be a karmic connection. I for some reason just don't believe we will those things into our life .....those feelings ....where do they come from.

Now moving on to current events. The first day I walked into my anatomy and physiology class my scorp teacher and I peered into each others eyes .....it was almost like "who are you?" I have been pretty captivated by him. So weird but I some how feel like I will end up with him and almost like he knows it to, but it just does not seem to be panning out that way. So again ....I question myself. So again where do these feelings come from.

You go me Vital .....what is your experience.

Vital - The only test is in our heart. We cannot help what we feel. To decipher what infatuation is and real love ......

Well love to me is not some cinderella story ....now infatuation ....is like living in snow white land where the birds are singing, the prince comes to rescue the fair maiden.

Love to me is when someone brings out the best in you, a person whom you feel safe and vulnerable with, it is about trust, friendship and more friendship, and someone you can feel safe to share your intermost thoughts and feelings. Than there is sex to ......which to me is the added bonus. 😛

No, only with the sagittarius. The only time in my entire life did I ever feel this kind of connection. Don't get me wrong I feel strong connections to different people but nothing never like I felt with the Sag man. The may sound bizarre but I really felt like we could read each other's minds with out being present. How to explain ....it was an erotic connection with no sex. Very euphoric .....something not like anything else.

Pisces, if you have time, do you mind telling me .. this soul mate experience, did you ever get over it, what helped.. was he a jerk or you still think the timing was not right..

Time is what happened. A time to mourn what never became. I had to cut him out for a long period of my life because it was too painful. We still have connection. I will receive an email from time to time from him. It is one of those things where I just shut myself off of ever having that opportunity again to feel that way about him. When he broke my heart he betrayed my trust in him.

It is strange vital but that was not a connection I ever looked for. It just happened. I sometimes wonder if it has made me a bit jaded. I am very different with men any more. I don't give myself as easily as I once did. I am really reserved with my emotions.

As you know with a pisces ......we really do thrive on those deep connections.

This is very true for me. I cannot speak for every pisces but definately this has been a big fault of mine. My best aquarius friend used to tell me over and over .....why do you put men on that pedestal? It has been something I continually have to work on.....because below that pedestal is me. It is almost like I would only find more value in them than in myself. I must admit, it is a mystery how I find that balance. When I am single I feel the most balanced because I am vesting in myself. The minute I get into a relationship, it seems I throw my investment into them. It is almost like, if I love them enough they will love me back. I dunno maybe it is a woman thing. I know so many women who get a divorce or break up and they say "Now I need to find myself again". It is such a tragedy when this happens.

I keep in contact with him .....on a very superficial level. It is not any where near the intensity. That valve has been switched off. I don't know if it is a pisces thing, but it is definately a me thing, when my trust has felt betrayed, my emotional valve runs dry with that person.
