Libra Sun Venus Scorpio can't understand a Scorpio Sun Sag Venus who cheated

So I have had bad relationships with mainly the Scorpio sign throughout my life. Both my sis in law and brother are scorpios and they're always fighting with themselves or fighting with me. I get on okay with my brother because we are related and he has a libra venus but not with my sis in law who constantly lies about everything. I also worked with another scorpio who lied a lot and always walked around with a strict pissed off look on her face. She finally said she thought i was full of it and i told her exactly what I thought of her in front of all of our coworkers! she didn't say a word back. We never got along though. So my juno and venus happens to be in scorpio and juno is supposed to be the sign you are sexually and romantically attracted to. I love like a scorpio actually, very deep, intense, emotional, and love the person so much it's the epitome of true love but I am not very expressive in this until i get very passionate. So the guy i have been dating and having a long distance relationship for the past few years is a sun in scorpio sag venus with a juno in virgo (my moon). We have nothing in common but when i met him i felt i could trust and talk to him about anything and we did. I shared things with him and went through things with him such as death of a young 21 yr old relative and death of my beautiful pet the past year. This past year he also started cheating on me while we were long distance. He says he cheated for 9 months the past year including hooking up with 2 girls (but no sex, just fingering one's vag and the other's tits) so since I found out about this in June right when i was supposed to go see him because I had googled his picture ( i suspected something) i found that he was on 3 sites including tinder, a hook up app. I confronted him and he told me everything but when i did he lied about a few things that i found out later were untrue. He kept saying he loved me even when he cheated (he went on approx 18 dates with 15 girls). I was hurt and lost all respect, love, and trust I had felt for him. So he keeps insisting he loves me but he doesn't remove the date sites he's on and even goes on another date the first 2 weeks i do not speak to him. We had talked everyday for the past 3 years and he said he loved me everyday so for him to do something like this made him the fakest person of all. After I caught him and called him names and he called me names i didn't think we'd speak again but i started to miss him after a few weeks and started to respond to his texts. Well now he is trying to work things out with me even though we're not back together yet because i feel like he did not know or mean when he said he loved me and i told him upfront that i did not love him like i did anymore but he still insists he loves me. I just feel like he's very immature and i feel like I wasted 3 yrs of my life on a fake, deceitful, manipulative guy but everytime i try to break things off he makes it very hard, (repeated calls, wanting to

I'm not even sure of this scorpio's intentions now but he keeps trying to weave me back in and telling me how our kids would look and that he wants marriage etc. Can this scorpio sun sag venus feel anything at all or ever love me like i loved him?

Well we had been together 3 years! he keeps telling me i am throwing it all away but i still wonder if he ever was capable of loving me like i loved him and after all that time i do still feel love for him but i don't feel like i did before. That deeply or that truer love i felt before and that i thought he did for me.

You're not going to find out whether he loved you at any point in your relationship on dxpnet. My opinion is that if he doesn't respect you then he doesn't love you. (And yes cheating is disrespectful).

I agree it's the dumbest and most disespectful thing you can do to your partner. The irony is that him being a scorpio (who is supposed to be the most faithful sign of the zodiac) and him having a father who is cheating on his mother! should know better than to do that to me.At first he tried to blame the cheating on me (i wasn't that open with me so he didn't trust me (but he never told me this). I'm also venus in Scorpio, but if I found out i was with someone was so scummy - I would cut them out completely. No ifs or buts about it. In this case, his sign doesn't matter. He fucked you over and that's all that is important imo.

Well I guess one of the reasons I have a little hope that he loves me is that I have seen marriages of up to 50 years last after much cheating. I am also in my late 20's so i dont want this to be a huge waste of my biological years.

well the funny thing is that we caught each other on the same date site more than a year ago. I told him i was looking for friends which I was ( i only had eyes for him since I was in love) but instead of deleting his he just put his on 'hidden' because over a year later i saw the same profile and he had even made a new one where he was looking for women with a biography saying he was single and with pictures and all. The reason I was looking for friends to possibly see if i was attracted to someone else (but i was not) was because i was not getting that same intensity or attention or felt that deep love like i wanted (scorpio venus) i thought he was wishy washy in the way he showed love and that he did not mean it when he said he loved me and i still don't. I don't think this scorpio can love deeply like I can (his flighty sag venus). But now he gives me attention everyday, compliments me, calls and texts everyday at every hour because I told him that on some days when he was cheating and taking his dates out for dinner, wine tasting, etc. i would not hear from him and now i knew why. I don't trust him thought and not sure i ever could. This is the first time this has happened to me. I really thought because he was a scorpio and me being related to 2 scorpios that he would be faithful and honest and since people say they love for real and would never step out, etc.

oh and when i caught him he said that the worst part was when i was on a date site but he was on his and lied about it for over a year! i really did love him though, very deeply, and i disliked when he said 'love you' instead of ' I love you" because it didn't seem like it was coming from the heart and it was not.

Really?

None of what you've written has anything to do with why one cheats or doesn't. One could argue that his father cheating on his mother is exactly why he cheated on you given the fact that he didn't have a good role model of commitment and loyalty. One could also argue that seeing how much cheating hurt someone he cared for (e.g. his mother) and ruined his family that this would motivate him to stay committed to someone. Point is, how he chose to take that life lesson is reflective of who he is as a person and where he is in life.

If you thought you were "set" because you found a Scorp and "Scorps are the most faithful of the zodiac" and "his father cheated on his mother so he should know better" then that may be part of the reason you're here. Most people actually look at the signs glaring them in the face to determine if someone is worth their time and devotion. I mean seriously, you were in a long distance relationship, "have nothing in common" and he still has accounts open on dating apps, yet you're latching onto his cheating father and astro sign to help you better understand what happened. Hmph, so if he cheated and all Scorps are said to be the most faithful, does that mean it was your fault like he's suggesting? *sigh*
