I bet you think this is about a man, WRONG! This is about the real deal.

I adopted a puppy a few years ago. I was on my way to get gas at the neighbourhood gas station, when I saw this puppy running across a busy intersection!!! There was a guy running after it. He (the pup)made his way over to me and layed down. I notice that he was very thin and was sick and had a rubber band rapped so tightly around his tail that it had made the tail die. It was also very infected. He was a big pup for his age, and whoever was trying to dock his tail was doing it wrong and the dog was suffering. The owner, I have a better word for him but it would be erased, caught up to the dog. I decided that whatever it took this pup was going home with me!!! I started negotiating with him, and he kept turning me down. So, I as a last ditch effort, I begged him and told him I would give him everything I had in my wallet at that moment, which was $ 65 dollar. He said he paid twice that much for him. I told him he was gonna die anyway and then he would have nothing. I got the pup!!! That was Sunday. Monday we went straight to the vet, and what a wonderful job they did on his tail. He now ways 120 lbs and is a beautiful gentle Rotteweiler. This dog doesn't have a mean bone in his body. He has a certain ability to sense things. His ability is to smell. On three different occassions he has proven that he can smell a persons body and find disease. Once when my mother was over he kept going to her arm and wouldn't leave her alone! She went in to see her doctor for a physical and he found a lump that was cancer under the arm and the exact spot the dog kept going. On another occassion the dog kept trying to lick the feet of a friend and being really persitant about it. Turns out he has arterelsclerosis(sp?) and blockage in his feet and he may loose them. And my sister had a csyst and he found that too. There are folks who stop by the house now and again, and the dog either is all over them or doesn't bother them at all! My neighbor came by and he was all over her. She had cancer but it is in remission. I am wondering if it is back?? I wonder if I should tell her the story of the dog or just leave it alone? I don't want to bum her out and she seems to be happy these day! Do you think I should tell her the story?

Thus far in my life I've had a German Shepherd, a Golden Retriever, and now (just one) a Chow-Chow/Golden Retriever mix. My favorite breed are those cute little white, fat, puffballs, I think they're French, they're called Bischon-Frisees (sp?) (Bee-shawn Free-zay is how it's pronounced). I also love teacup poodles and Skipper-Keys. (Not the real spelling, but that's how it's pronounced). Those are the breeds of dogs I will think about getting when I have a place of my own and a say in the matter! (lol)

P.S. Everyone makes fun of me because I love little tiny dogs, people always say "they're useless when they're that tiny" (pshaw, whatever)...I think that's so mean. Little dogs are for companionship, and big dogs serve the dual purpose of companionship and protection. I will say that people were always afraid of my German Shepherd (she had the loudest, scariest possible bark in the world). She was great protection! The Goldie, well, he was cute, but his bark sounded more like a woman screaming (lol), so people weren't so afraid of him. The dog we have now is the perfect balance of lovey-dovey, and good protection (it's the chow in there that makes him look more scary).

The reason I want little dogs is because I like their saucy personalities! Also, they are easier to take care of. Having a big huge dog is akin to having a four year old child living with you! lol.

Little dogs a fiesty! They have to be LOL! I was going to compare them but I won't LOL!!
I have had many friends and they don't live nearly as long as we do that is why I let them do and have whatever they want in there short lives. The pro's always say don't feed them this or that! I let them have whatever they want and do whatever they want! Only 10-15 years if they are lucky and they give so much love that I can't deny them anything.

Phoenix, one of my best friends was a Schipperkie and let me tell you she was awesome!!! All my dogs have been strays and probates and I never knew what I was getting, but everyone had their own unique personality! Now the 120 lbs Rottie I have is the biggest pussy on the planet; he wouldn't hurt a flea. The little dog was a scrapper and would take on 2-3 dogs five times her size!!!

I have three to date and they were rift rafts and turned out to be the loves of my life. Border Collie and something else! Excellent dogs and I spend every waking moment for them. As a matter of fact, they run the house and I just take care of it for them! LOL

Just a question for you....

As you've already read I've met a Scorp and I really like him. But being shy as a Capricorn when we're alone, and him being distant it makes it difficult to start a conversation or talk about something I want to talk a

I am a male scorpio who has lost his mother to cancer, and also lost key a friendship. Apparently the person wasn't loyal as I was, which made the friendship for 10 years totally meaningless. On the top of all this, I have no job, and changing schools. If t
