By the way i meant if one person has scorpio rising (regardless of sun sign) and their partner has a scorpio sun
I don't know the answer to that question. However, my rising is Aries and Aries men utterly annoy me. I don't find them attractive, nor charming, or sexy in any way. I'm best friends with the women, but romantically, matching up with someone my rising has not worked for me.

I have a Gem rising and I have dated 2 Gemini men in my life, but Gem males are not my cup of tea. Maybe you should look at your venus and the other person's mars also.
