I am not on the men's side but I think it is their pride and ego that makes them do that. I also think that deep inside they are just as hurt, and probably thinking what will we think of them if they broke down and cried and beg like some women do would we still respect them?

but if you think about it, we women also do it. Hell I do it I will not let a man see that he hurt me ever again. Will walk away as if it never bothered me, and try my best to get over him real quick, just in case I see him again I will look at him like breaking up never phased me...That is truly my pride and I have a lot of it.
