scorp experience with this kind of leo?

Hi fellow scorps, i've posted this in a couple other boards but i thought i'd give this one a try since i know it's one of the most active ones and i'd like a another scorp opinion as well.

have you guys ever known someone with a leo sun a cap moon?

Can you give me insight into this combination? Explain the way this combination works, what kind of person this is? Thank you so much! Any info would be appreciated. I've read some things on the internet, but a personal account would be better.
