Scorpio and your first love.....

When you think back to the first girl/boy you fell in love with, is that the one you base your future loves on?

I'm asking because after 20 years I found my first love and he's been sending me texts, emails and we've talked on the phone the last 2 nights for hours. When we were together (we were 16 so you cant really base it on that but...) we got along great. He told me I am the only one he remembers vividly. He talks like he's very interested but I'm hesitant because he just got out of a marriage. He's honest and tells me he's dating someone but he made it a point to tell me there is something missing with her. Is that trying to let me know that he's still available? He asked me at one point if I would ever get married. I told him I wouldnt know until I met that person. I mean, why would he ask me that?

So far so good BUT lol I've dated a Scorpio before and he cheated and I told him off. I dont want to ruin a good memory by taking this too far.

I experience a first love back in the 90s. My son was 5 and I was going into blockbuster to get some movies for my son and he spotted me coming out the door.
I was 15 when we first met. He moved away when I was 16 or 17. We exchanged numbers, he spent every day with me. I found out all through my high school yera he followed my high school yearn he knew I ran track and told me he would sometimes and come see me rn track. He had a gf that had the same name as mines. He told me my child was supposed to be his. We talked about marriage and the works. Well in the two weeks that we went head strong no sex was involved until the night he took me to his home we started talking and I was acheing to see if he still felt the same and I started flirting with him.(Here's the kicker blew mw away) he told me "I can't sleep with you I am afraid you are to good and I am scared to be with" a part of me was crushed. But other part of me felt DAMN GOOD to me he was missing out on thing so awesome, I just let it go. Said ok went home and never seen him again.
I do believe in frist love reuniting. But the reasons for it ia not always what you believe it to be.
In my cause we moved apart so fast we never got to really say good bye because I was in school when he moved. I believe that he never got me out his system and when he saw me he saw me at 15 not 30 somthing I believe he was a Aqua
