I started reading your post ..then skimmed through the rest 🙂

I am a scorp with venus and mars in libra (it aint easy lol). I met this personal trainer almost a year ago. It was on accident that we met and I swear it was fate lol. Anyway, as soon as I looked at him it was like an instant attraction. I could tell we both felt the energy. Throughout the next few months, when we saw each, there was a very obvious chemistry and we would flirt but no one would make a move. I had also met someone else as time went on. I am 100% but almost positive he is a libra. I run into this guy ALL the time very randomly, and every time we beat around the bush and nothing gets off the ground. Before I was convinced we would start some kind of relationship. We never did and I'm fine with it, the first *obsessive* desire has passed.

Having venus and mars in libra i have to say I am guilty of making a move then pulling away. Libra's need space and time to process what happened. He probably likes you, but he's not sure and *weighing* other factors. Plus you are still very young. He knows you like him as well, and may also be using that to his advantage.

Let him be, move on and dont give into the games or kill yourself trying to figure it all out. As scorps we tend to want answers and figure everything out, but not everything is meant to be puzzled together.

When I've seen this behaviour before (his) it's usually been because he's married. He likes to flirt, but can't follow up. I don't think this is a libra trait, but it could be I suppose.
