Scorpio & Cancer Friendships

i dont know that many cancers. the one i did know wanted a relationship, but i've always been 'let's just be friends'. it was strange. but i have nothing bad to say.

One of my best friends is a Cancer male. He's so fun and sweet and joyful! I like having Cancers as friends. I'm not sure if I have any female Cancer friends right now.

But Lordy I cannot date them. They are too sensitive for me. it just has never really worked out. And when I'm in a darker mood, I tended to bog down my partner as well.

My sister is a cancer, out of all my siblings she's probably the one I can stand best, she's just really caring and for a scorpio moon like me who generally doesn't interact with family, it means a lot. My best female friend is a cancer as well, she gets me even when we don't speak for a while but I'm the goofiest with her. My best male friend I've unfortunately fallen in love with so I had to part with him for the time being, but he's the best man I've known so far and we just click. I work well with other cancer male friends though, we're just not as close but they're loyal and understanding. Funnily enough they either love or hate my Capricorn friends, lol.

Cancers are the ones I trust the easiest, long before I realise they're Cancers so they're good in my books as long as they don't ask me to listen to their whining over ridiculous things (I've had my friend cry over a popstar when we were kids...).

I get along great with scorpios, my childhood best friend is a scorpio. Though honestly I'm pretty much a scorpio anyway, I'm a 2nd decan cancer sun with pluto as my dominant planet in my chart (followed by mars) and surprise, scorpio as my dominant sign.

well, my 10 years bestfriend is scorpio she got cancer sister, they get along and have fun, both moody and extremely sensitive. cancer is more dramatic and show their sensitive side more than the scorpio.

cancer are somehow selfish towards scorpio needs since they think most of what the scorpio want are silly things that don't matter. so this cancer have this thing were they think if it doesn't matter to us it sure wont matter to you.

scorpio have temper and is sensitive too would hate cancer disrespectfulness and hold grudge until cancer do another move that would make them explode, which lead to cancer acting also dramatically to it.

cancer have this thing where they gossip about scorpio and make fights in public which is the scorpio biggest pet peeve.

Scorpio are possessive people, even in friendship. i have a cancer best friend that ive spend my most time with lately which happen to make the scorpio jealous, the scorp told me that shes kinda jealous of my cancer friend and i totally understand, she was jealous because she was afraid that our friendship would fade eventually like other friendships that she had in the past. we got that solved. anyway, she now i know is lowkey annoyed by my cancer friend but wont do anything since my cancer friend is really lovely

if she sound like mean person shes not she has the biggest heart ever but scorpio are just misunderstood and i think cancer cant get scorpios.
even though scorpio is a water sign i find that they appreciate logic when it comes to problems views..etc. cancer don't get that or afford it most of the time which lead to conflict. but in the other hand scorpios are so understanding and would try to understand cancers and when they do they are really nice to each other and make great friendship but with lots of fun-mean comments to each other and grumpiness.

i like the honesty and how they don't hide their emotion irritation from each other. lol

I don't agree with what you're saying about Cancers, but then again, I don't know many and I know all my air cancels out a lot of the watery intensity that comes with being a Cancer... I like that last line though! It's very true - Cancers/Scorpios can't hide anything from each other.

I am not against cancer but I don't like them. They are very emotional and clingy. I have sister and brother.
Though, they are the close to me but I don't want to get close with them. I am very close to my sister capricorn.

Yes! It's very strange. I didnt treat any better than all of my other friends, male and female. I stopped hanging around him since he could not get the point. Just because I'm friendly does not mean I have feelings for you.

I realized that's why we click because I can't stand a stoic melancholy gloomy scorpio. I needs someone with wit and humour.

This X 1000. It's so hard to get to know those kind of Scorpios because they never reveal ANYTHING about themselves. Makes it look like they don't have a personality.

I love the Scorpios I know and am blessed to be friends with. There's some great understandings with them, even if we have a few things that make the others want to pull hair or throw bricks.

It's because they don't. Misery loves company. A moody stoic one just thinks no one understands them and feels special because of it. It's fun being negative and a power trip when that type can feed off the misery they provided you with.

The one I worked with loves misery its frigging depressing it would drag me down I would have to get away from it I don't wallow in misery like her.

They usually have romantic interests. Some Cancer women can be surprisingly direct at times.

I have found the best way to deal with this type of Scorpio (or ones that are manipulative) is to just not respond/react. That's usually what they're looking for... They're trying to shock people. And I get that Cancers do this too, in a different way, and it comes from a place of insecurity so if I don't respond to it, they calm down on their own.
