Scorpio female - Pisces male

We went on two dates (we met last year, and went on a couple of dates before he disappeared and reappeared 6 months later). He hasn't contacted me in a week. Today is his birthday, I wonder, should I text him?

I'm not sure why he pulled away.

He's always gonna do that to you...Appear and then disappear. I've been friends with a pisces male for 6 yrs already. I'll never take him serious, to wishy washy and they love to have female attention. I mean what guy doesn't, but my pisces male friend prefers female friends only. His bday is 3/09...

Yep. He never responded to my birthday text! I'm sorry I even bothered texting him. The worst part of it all, is he was like "I'll definitely see you soon!". Clearly, I know he's gonna reappear in a couple of months, when he's in a dry spell. I can never get past the 1 month mark with this man.

I think the Scorpio-Pisces connection is too strong to ignore, but to a certain extent, he should get his act together. He had the guts to tell me we only had a "physical" connection a few weeks ago (we've never slept together). I wonder how, considering the fact we'd spend 7 to 8 hours together just talking!
