scorpio has cast a spell on me

Hi guys! I'm super new here. This is my first post, but I've been reading others here for a while.

So here is my dilemma. I am a libra, interested in a scorpio... sounds simple enough, but he is 13 yrs older and also a teacher at my grad school. I knew I shouldn't have fallen for him, but I couldn't resist. There is definitely a strong attraction between us. It is so thick, it can be cut with a knife! I have caught him blatanly staring into my eyes without regard for who sees, a few times. Sometimes I stare back, other times I shy away (maybe that's my indecisive libra). He stare is hot. Sometimes he just waits for me to look up, and then our eyes lock for what seems like eternity. Anyway, besides the staring he isn't showing any of the classic signs of scorpio, or even male, interest. I don't know if it is because he is a teacher and is being cautious or if he's not that into me.
