Scorpio woman/Virgo Man

I am a scorpio woman interested in a virgo man. We seem to get on well so far, and I feel intrigued by him. I do notice he analyzes EVERYTHING , and is very particular about who he gets close to. He seems to want to always give me advice , and I guess that makes me feel cared for (so far) but what are the long term out looks on a scorp woman /virgo man relationship? I feel myself falling , but you know us scorps, we NEED to know we're safe first !

From what I've read in numerous sources, the prospects for a long-term relationship between Scorpio and Virgo are very good. Things generally start out as friendship, then progress. There can be a very deep connection between the water sign of Scorpio and the earth sign of Virgo. There is supposed to be a lot of loyalty here. Virgo is not as passionately sexual as Scorpio, but of all the signs, Scorpio is best equipped to unearth the passion that lies deep within Virgo. Virgo is also not as emotional as Scorpio. Scorpio will either have to cool down a little, or Virgo will have to heat up a little, but this relationship is known for being a promising one. Virgo balances Scorpio; Scorpio excites the normally "cool" Virgo.

Thanks Heather. I enjoyed reading your response. Just one comment ..me cool down ? lol ...boy that will be the day! I'll just have to warm him up , and hopefuly he handle me , and he won't go running for the hills! Actually , I've been on my best behavior , and I'm trying to avoid showing too many emotions. We talk a lot and have good conversations , and I can see it developing into a frienship if not something more. If anyone has anything to add, please do 🙂

Never compromise who you are (your energy or your personality) for a man. You cannot let anyone 'dim' your light period. If he can appreciate that part of your personality then he may very well be an asset to you. Be you.

I wasn't saying that she should "dim" herself down--I was basically giving one perspective on the dynamics between the two signs based on what I've read. I can tell this girl has a good head on her shoulders and won't go too far compromising herself. But as I've said before, relationships DO involve compromise. Yes, we should all be our true selves, but at the same time, one of the many exciting things about new relationships is the "dance" that two people engage in while feeling each other out. And who's to say that she's not being her true self right now? Just because she's holding back a bit emotionally, doesn't mean she's changing herself for a man. She's doing what she wants to do, and btw it's a common Scorpio trait to hold back on showing all of our cards right off the back. I'm sure the Virgo is doing the same sort of thing. I say, as long as they're both having fun, not lying and not hurting each other, then all of these playful methods of testing the waters are completely normal, even necessary! : )

I am the scorpio who started the post. Thanks for all your replies. I agree that nobody should compromise , and the true you will always eventually come out anyway. I am being myself with just a bit of caution is all. I think he's wonderful , and I also learned that love is a gift. It is not something I can buy or force it to happen. I will continue our friendship and see where it goes. As a scorpio woman , I enjoy men who are not as emotional as me anyway because it helps to keep me balanced. I know I will always be a deep, intense person, and he, like everyone else will see that part of me, as well as my compassion , humor and loyalty. I hope he sees these good things , and can overlook some of the negative scorp traits if they come out now and then.

I think if he's like most Virgos and how they handle us Scorps, he will definitely balance you out. I have had a couple relationships with a couple of Virgos, and I love the calming effect they have. They will always have your back, whether in a relationship or friendship. They are great allies and sources of strength in their peaceful ways. Again, good luck to you! : )
