Who says cancer/scorpio works?

Because it never has for me. I've never had any connection with a scorpio woman that was so much more magnificent than any other relationship I had. I know a few of them and although we make great business partners I cannot picture things working out in a romantic setting.

Who knows. I'm a Gemini female dating a Scorpio man. He's an Aquarius rising like me and has a Leo moon, mine is libra. I'm totally falling for him, and him me!

I've dated maybe 6 scorps before him and they all sucked. This one is special, he's very much an evolved Scorpio. He shows a lot of Aquarius/Leo too

My venus/mars is cancer/cancer and his is Capricorn/Scorpio.

Wow, I have the same experience. Every online article says cancer man/woman is best for us scorpio women. But every cancer man I have met has been nothing but the opposite. Nothing ever happens, because they tell me they like me, then poof! It's like they want me to chase them or something. First I'm shocked, second, it takes a long time for me to come out and express my feelings(so I guess they get tired of waiting).

What i do like about Scorpios is that i can be a total shit and they allow it for a certain period of time, i feel the most free with them.

I noticed this! I can be a total bitch around my Scorp at times and he tolerates it for the most part, and other times he has a short fuse.

I just go through periods where I'm bitchy and overly emotional.

I've onely dated one female cancer, but I find them very sweet and endearing.

lol i can soo relate to this. 2 Cancer guys have come into my life and nothing happend. Every article says they are the best for us. HELL NO!! LOL

It depends. When I was single, I attracted a lot of Cancer men and I couldn't stand it. Always found them a bit too clingy, too dramatic(where it made me roll my eyes) and they would get infatuated too fast... they were a drag.
I always thought they would be the last on my list for a romantic relationship... but then I found my Cancer. He has his moon in Aquarius, Venus in Gemini. He is my best friend, been with me through thick and thin. We've been together for 10 yrs (married 3yrs) and we still act like honeymooners!! He can be needy sometimes, but not too much to the point that it annoys me. We balance each other off in temperament, we are both social and he is not moody!!! We both treasure each other so much and have the utmost respect for one another. I just never thought I'd actually end up with a Cancer!! I'm so glad I met him, he changed my opinion on the subject of Cancer men 😉

Seems like both Cancers and Scorpios would do better with a Pisces (that has some Cancer/Scorp influences in their own chart)...

Eh I have never done well with Pisces, they usually get WAY too clingy and never give me the space I sometimes need. Never been out with a cancer though so I'm not sure how that would work. Oddly enough right now I'm going out with an aquarius and it's working better than either of us thought it would.

Both signs have a tendency to over think.
I think this can work if both are strong enough to shut the world out and let things happen naturally.
