Why does it hurt so bad??

Why do i feel so sad,i thought that i was over you but i keep crying when i dont love you!!
Arrrghhh there is always one...you know they are bad for you but you still want him/her.

I am still slightly damaged from the emotional fallout of my break-up.

While it was a four year relationship, I am still sometimes falling into the trap of misery, self-pity and anxiety over the end.

The best advice I can give you is that it will get better with time, and you will find someone even better when you least expect it.

Awwww thanks ladies....its a sticky situation. Have made the decision to bow out BUT it still make me sad sometimes.😢

Its ok that it hurts. I think once you stop fighting it, you'll heal faster. When it starts building, go somewhere and cry as hard as you can. You'll feel better the more you do this and you'll need to cry less and less.

not sure what to say to ease your pain.. unfortunately only time heals.... it heals our wounds OR it heals the decisions we made and we may repeat them. Sometimes pain can get unbearable, so we start finding excuses and remember all the good things.

Your decision was possibly the right one. What comes after is up to him, either he will want to rekindle his relationship with you, or he will be clueless as to what happened.

(I usually tell this to myself. Sometimes I can hold my promise and sometimes not to stay away, especially if he means a lot to me) 🙂

Its the libra i decided to bow out from. How can someone expect you to give up your relationship/livelihood for a emotional affair.
He said i hurt him but i doubt that very much. He is a nice chap and i will always have a soft spot in my heart for him.
But sometimes one just need to say enough is enough

FS I recently broke up with someone who I cared about but who I knew wasn't right for me. I hate to admit it but I have moments where I'm like "WTF have I done? Have I made a mistake?" because I can't help but think about him and I miss him.

So yeah I know how you feel. It sucks, but I just keep telling myself that I've done the right thing.
