Your biggest flaw

Just realized my biggest flaw. Wow. I think it was mostly Sheathed Claws that pointed it out, without even knowing she was doing so. Now.. how do I fix it? My biggest flaw is self doubt. I have the absolute worst self doubt of anyone I know. I don't trust my decisions at ALL. Yet people still seem to like me for the most part. Why am I my own worst enemy, and how do I go about changing it?

Stop talking about it. Stop thinking about it. Let it all go, let yourself off the hook. You can be somebody new every morning you wake up. Even this minute. Find the thoughts that FEEL better. Relax. Don't dwell.

If you feel BAD, it's okay, just think about something that feels better. Even a cat, even the fact that the sun rose today and you didn't have to ask it to. It's ALL good.
