Aquarius and Taurus

Starting this for my fellow Aquas to learn from each other how these two signs coincide 🙂

I've been giving my bull more space. Not only physical space, but I've been waiting for him to text first. I thought doing that would mean it could be days until I hear from him... But quite the opposite. He's been asking more about my day and almost a little flirty.

Even though I'm giving him more space, I made him a huge chocolate peanut butter cup and took it to his work. It fit in a cake box 🙂 I didn't linger... Dropped it off. Saw him proudly display it in his office kitchen and tell a few co-workers. Got a few nice texts later about it. I think he was proud that his girlfriend brought that in. He also has a huge sweet tooth so he was really happy 🙂

Haha!!! Yes! My mom actually gave me her original books (from the 60's/70's). I've read them about every guy I've dated since high school 🙂

So this week(since starting on Sunday) I've been following my let it go mantra. Letting my bull text me first and being more relaxed about everything. Not stressing if I don't hear from him until evening. Not worrying if we're hanging out this weekend(although he usually assumes we always are) and its paying off.

He's been texting me first after work to just say hello and BS a little 🙂 Since he moved out about 6 weeks ago, he's been coming to sleep over about 2-3 nights a week... Usually on the weekend. Sometimes not being thoughtful and actually letting me know.

Tonight my bull texted and ASKED if he could come over tonight. I told him- yes! I'd love to see you! Then my stupid self went to a bad place and thought... Good lord I hope he's not coming to end things with me? But I "let it go" and enjoyed my evening. Then he texted again saying he was going to hang out with his dad first and be over late. I said- do you still wanna come over? He said yes- he really wants to snuggle tonightðŸ'—

Things are looking up 🙂

Also... I'm wondering which one of my other planets/signs makes me so anxious?! I stress and worry about everything and I don't think I'm as "cold" or aloof as other Aquas. I'm actually super sensitive, mushy, sentimental and like I said- I worry about too much lol

Although after reading this, I personally don't know what woman in the world would put up with the Taurus guy as Goodman has described him. What a jerk. Jesus.

i was kind of shaking my head at some of the combos. 😆 holy shit.

the gemini woman/Scorpio man combo was hilarious. (some of the excerpts were ripped out so some combos are easy to see) and also read cancer and cap, ect.

my husband and my own combo does NOT sound like what ms. goodman says at all. not in the least. the ONLY part which rings true is if their luminaries from sun to moon is good the the sexual part is intense and satisfying and fulfilling. lol It's like Ms. Goodman may have been peeking into people's bedrooms or somethng. right. 😆

So update on my bull...

After asking to spend the night on Wednesday, he texts me after a meeting on thurs morning and says he's going to work from my house today(since he coaches my sons soccer team in the afternoon). I get home between jobs and he takes me upstairs and starts teasing me a bit. Saying this like- we are so naughty lol. But pretty hot because he normally doesn't talk much in the bedroom.

Then I need to go back to work. After work, dinner and some wine we go to bed and we start where we left off. I don't wanna TMI too much... But my bull is seriously acting like a different lover. We've been together about a year and a half. This was a different guy. Talking sexy talk, kissing me differently, holding and touching me differently. I must admit he was actually better than his "routine" that has been going on lately. I was really enjoying it until immediately after I started to tear up. I rememberd reading on a few occasions that something like this can mean an affair.

I'm like- I totally trust you or we wouldn't be together but what was that? Did you read something? Have you been watching porn lately? Like seriously what was that? He said he knows I like when he's more dominant and when he talks in bed.

This was seriously a different guy. I really do trust him though.., so I guess this is another positive outcome from my let it go mantra! Lol. I feel like it's been a really long time that without me asking he's really focused on what I've been wanting in bed 🙂

Good luck to you aqua folks but from taurus female perspective it's not a very good match. Of course there are other placements to consider but generally speaking, Aquarius and taurus do not go the "distance" ie long long term as what a taurus would like. Air turns earth to sand - literally. Aquarius is also very aloof and can be distance and controlling All at the same time. These two elements work very very differently.

I could not have said it any better, myself. I too agree that Taurus & Aquarius is a match made in hell. these two cannot get along on a serious or long term relationship level. My parents are an aqua/taurus couple and they are both unhappily married as well as constantly fighting. Furthermore, I have personally been in a 2 year relationship with a Taurus male and it was one of the worst relationship experiences thus far, although it taught me a lot about relationships. Comparatively, these two make better friends or acquaintances than lovers, nothing more or else you'll be depressed forever 😛

i think it's super accurate for my relationship. he will stay in his house and be depressed if i don't make interesting things happen. we are both extremely loyal and devoted and invest our whole selves in the relationship. we're both scientists, but we love art and history and books. neither of us is into chocolates and roses and that kind of thing--we display romance over practical things, like solving problems for each other. we like to focus on experiences, like traveling or going to a reading. there are no games between us. we share all of the same philosophical and political values. we're both honest and ethical; neither of us lies or cheats. and i agree completely about the bit in the article above about aquarius's aloofness bringing out taurus's lustful nature--he likes to pursue a little bit, and the sex is spectacular.

there are a lot of great things about the relationship. i think 95% of our issues boil down to poor communication.

your bull sounds very different to mine. science? history and books? nope, loves working with his hands and getting dirty. not into chocolates? i think given half the chance he would be the augustus gloop character in willy wonka. we share none of the same political values. i like pretty things. he likes practical things. if i went to a reading with him, i think he would fall asleep. beer, battered food and bowling on the other hand...

the few Taurus male i've known either had Aries Venus OR gemini venus. lol and i'm sure if they had a compatible mars too.

i didnt read everything but taurus and aquarius must have compatible synastry to be long term anyway.

@jeane, ha, well, mine has a libra moon, so maybe that's his air sign side coming out. he actually invited ME to a reading about history the other day! and we're reading the same book about north korea right now. works as a software engineer, so definitely not with his hands (i guess maybe technically). and yeah, he eschews all sugar. so manly. ; )

i also have a shitload of virgo in my chart, so i'm a more conservative than your average aquarius lady. i dunno, it works really well about 80 percent of the time.

it very well could be his moon at play. mine has sag moon. fast cars and high adventure only please.

@aqua- that sounds like a terrible weekend but it sounds like it was meant to be. Maybe your bull needed to really see his "friends" for who they are. How old is your bull? Those friends of his sound like they need to grow up 😢 my bull is young- 24... But a really old soul. Lucky for me his friends are the same way.

My bull quit his job today... Thank god. His job has been a real problem for him and us. Super duper stressful and long hours. I can already tell things are looking up. A weight has been lifted off his shoulders and my sweet Ferdinand the bull has returned 🙂 we're both under the weather right now so lots of snuggling since I had to take off work since I'm sick.

I hope I don't have to wait as long as some of those women for a proposal! ³ Do all Bulls really take that long? I'm not getting any younger over here lol. I'm realistic enough to know that every relationship needs constant upkeep and everyone has tough times. I'm in it for the long haul with my bull ðŸ‚
