I love gems. You guys are the only ones out of the air family that I like!

So what your problem with this taurus?! Do you have his chart or your chart? What is your issue with him?

I have no problems with him so far! He seems a bit hesitant/reserved but other than that he seems great. Just wasn't sure if there was any advice in general...what kind of pace do they normally run on?

As long as a taurus likes to "learn" both these signs can learn immensely from each other... I like to learn new things probably due to my Jupiter in gemini and gems are perfect for this. The aqua and libra energies make me bored and I don't have patience for those energies. Gems are cool.

Cant understand why gem men especially get a bad rap... They are not natural "players". Just like taurus are not natural "players". It's just that most of the females dealing with these two signs are not smart enough or too hasty!!

We are just having a drink and then possibly a movie (that's my favorite first date option because if the drink goes well, you can skip the movie and have dinner or another drink and continue the conversation, and if it doesn't go well you only have to sit through a movie and not talk to them!).

I have a feeling he has the same Ascendant as me...Libra. He just looks like one haha I can't explain it.

So I think that went really well!

He has been single almost a year, he brought up his ex once and I got worried but then later he mentioned that he just wasn't in love anymore and he ended it so that's good.

The only thing is that we come from different religious backgrounds and he is still religious whereas I am not.

He made a lot of eye contact, we were both very touchy, he kept extending the evening so we could talk more, etc. he kept saying "you're cute I like you" which for some reason sounded like a compliment for a little sister but whatever I'll take it for now.

We had a good night kiss but he was kind of...fast about it? That part was weird. I'm interested though. Not smitten but definitely interested. 🙂

Definitely not true in my case. I over-spend. I have a tendency to want to express love in very physical, tangible, memorable ways - which often equates to buying expensive gives, and certainly I only want the best (for both myself and my date) when it comes to dining out. I always pay, even for my friends - male or female. If a Taurus man takes you out, and comes off as cheap to you, he's either really broke, or he thought very little of you, having no desire to impress.

Second date with Taurus guy also went really well. He drove all the way to me (we live 45 minutes or so away from each other) and took me to lunch and then I bought us drinks (he let me without hesitation, but I still didn't get the impression that he's cheap).

it depends. how old are you? i realized that if the chemistry is there and you have an solid intimate connection, why not a month or even 2? lol. I usually wait 3 though. No one here can give you that answer. For me, I want to enjoy the dating process. Enjoy doing things outside of the bedroom and not have everything focused on when dick can meet fanny! If you focus on that then the rest will follow. You won't need a time scale.

My taurus crush and i have been platonic friends for 12 months. We have been taking it very slow at least from my angle ( he ended a 12 yr relationship in 2014) I just wanted to make sure he was over it and that he was ready for a serious relationship as I don't do casual relationships. So it does depend on circumstances.

But get to know your bull as a friend FIRST. Friendship is a much better way to go down a serious relationship route with a bull as the bull looks for longetivity in all things...

Yes. I hear you. But that is why you need to be friends with him first and study him. Your gem energy wants to rush in... Don't... Take your time. Oh he just parked at my place and we walked to lunch and had a couple drinks so he came inside for coffee before he had to drive home (he lives 45 min from me), he was there maybe 20 minutes or so.

I just dated a couple Taurus men and have some as friends and they are very, not exactly players, but just like to keep observation on a few things before they decide that this one person will be the one they go after. Just in my experience anyway.

Date #3 went great!

The only weird thing was that he is very affectionate and sweet, holds my hand, kisses my cheek, etc so I felt quite comfortable with that because when I like someone, I am very affectionate as well....but we were in a movie and he had his arm around me and I was sort of resting my head on his hand and I kissed it and he kind of got..startled? He said "aw honey, why are you kissing my hand?" and I said "huh? Sorry do you not like that?" (was pretty confused because he had initiated so much of the physical contact up to that point), and he said "It's just a little intimate." I was SO thrown off by that. In my head I was like hmmm why would I want to get any more intimate with this man if he feels a kiss on his hand is too much? I've read a lot about Taurus men and their exes, and this Taurus doesn't seem to have any attachment to his ex at all (he was the one who ended it)...he still keeps her as a friend on social media, but said he broke up with her because he wasn't in love with her anymore, so that seems pretty simple, but then again that's the same thing my Cap man said and it turned out he had ALL KINDS of emotional hangups.

My taurus friend of 27 years his mother has lived with him for around 15 years ever since his father passed away. She will be living with him until death I imagine. Could you cope with that?

Nope. He did mention he wants/plans to buy a place soon, but who knows what "soon" is. Kinda thinking I should inch away from this one.
