Do taurus man shows affection through little details or they just doesn't really care?

Talk with him when you feel there's a problem. He listens and he's responsive according to you. You'll both have different values and communication bridges the difference.

Talking about minor things like this might seem a little petty. I don't want him to think that I overlook all the other things he did and took him for granted.

At the same time, this bothers me. I guess I'm only asking this just to reassure myself

I agree with Tiz - talk to him about it but since you don't want to do that, why you don't you start creating the things you want.

You send him good morning text.

You ask him deeper questions about how he feels about certain things, his values what's important to him.

Don't wait for him to ask you about your day, tell him. (but remember he is not your girl friend, he doesn't want a blow by blow running commentary about every minute. Give him the very short highlights).

If you want changes in your relationship, you must ask yourself how you can contribute to improving things.

Taurus are easily tired and life goes slowly for them...they need lots of time to do EVERYTHING....so dont worry if hes absent or non-participating in any event or situation, he's just going at his own rythm. They get the basics down, like chivalry, honesty, holding your hand etc...but dont be sad if he cant give more. He's like a giant, very present, but does things very slowly but surely.

They are just fast and efficient at work and in routine, just take a chair and wait for a century.

But ... They are really different from the water signs, they are intriguing and funny.

If we took apart the good basics of a Taurus man and added "romance" to his list he would be the PERFECT man. There is no such thing as perfection in mankind so better to have the Taurus man with no romance because a good Taurus man is going to be the best man you can get in this imperfect world...

Just my two cents...

I also feel what is PERFECT for one might not be perfect for the other. For example, an air sign might see Taurus as being too stubborn when he is just set in his routine or is determined to achieve a certain goal or standing up for what he believes in.

While Taurus might as a Scorpio as too game playing or conflicting when others see Scorpio as mysterious and intriguing.

It all depends on how much of a person's shortcomings you can accept. No one sign or one person is perfect, but as long as you can maintain an open-mind and not be judgemental on the small stuff, you could get along with ANY sign.

For me, I find it a torture to live with people who are petty-minded, calculating about minor things, don't listen, don't care or always putting someone's ideas down.

It's quite usual for Taurus to focus on the bigger picture, not the nitty gritty in you. Men are careless about these things, but for Taurus they are like two times careless! Plus, if your usual stuff, your routine, what you like are not in his mental mind, it takes a long time for them to remember or get used to.

A Taurus cares about you if they ask you how you are from time to time and is concerned about your well-being. If you run into trouble at work or need practical help and he's there to listen or provide hands-on, then you can be sure they like you.

Small things are a burden to him. He does things his style . His style is in the things you mention. Anything outside, you will have to bring up from time to time so he can get used to. And you have to do it little by little. That's my experience with them.
