As a Cancer girl who was once in a similar shit I can tell that he doesn't want to be official. And wassup with her? Going fwb for a year? (I know I was all the same, but I only started wanting him as something serious aka my property when I saw him kissing another girl)I just walked away and for her I advise the same. But he told her he loves her once but immediately backed out. Plus he always talks about when they get married. He even once told her he has a girlfriend and when she asked who she is he described my friend. I guess these things shows that he knew how she thinks about their relationship
