I had a couple of capricorn bosses too,I don't like cardinal signs mainly due to them and a cancer,one libra(another libra was good at actually making sure things got done though)and aries and all of them didn't do anything.I tend to like fixed and mutables(yes even my new gemini boss) better because they do more than just boss people around and then get surprised when things don't get done by just talking,even then sometimes would just be concerned with the dumbest and most trivial things to inforce too.The one would be more worried about labor(which wasn't even to what our limit on labor was)and send people home when theres still tons of things that need done so you'd have mainly the mutables running around like chickens with thier heads chopped off to get it done(adaptable non-b/tchers,needless to say I wasn't liked too well by those bosses but they couldn't fire me either cause I was right about the things that would've just had them re-taught,written up or lectured on how to run the stores if the higher ups did hear about some of the things lol).

Oh I have a perfect libra example. This Christmas while with my family I found out that my favorite, nicest uncle is a Libra 🙂 No wonder he's so super nice, he's so different from his other brothers ( my dad a Scorp and my rowdy uncle Taurus 🙂 ) And this so explains everything! He's in his mid forty's and just got married recently. However, he met this lady a whilllee back in Virginia, he lives here in Cali. Well he asked her to marry him a while back, yes a WHILE back. He'd get us all worked up about him finally tying the knot but somehow it wouldn't happen and he'd come back and say that they'd get married later on... then we'd get worked up again and nope... no marriage, then again... and again... and again and nada! Finally, all of us knowing how indecisive he is just forgot about it. And about a month ago he calls and says that he'd be coming over with his WiFe! Finally! Mr. Can't Balance The Scales! lol
Finding out he's a libra explains a lot... I wonder why I never figured it out. Most libras I think are so easily amused 🙂 And this man will laugh at almost anything, no matter how slightly funny or amusing it is 🙂 He makes me laugh because when he starts laughing he can't stop and he turns bright red! He even turned red with laughter when he remembered my stories about a family of bunnies and how one of them had farted ha ha what a sweet soul

My libra uncle is a bit on the shy side, my taurus uncle is just so rowdy and outspoken and a bit tactless sometimes but funny, and my scorp dad has his jokes but isn't rowdy. They were so much fun, but especially that bull... man he had us rolling!
Family reunions are the best to observe everyones behaviors 😛 ha ha I don't know what my aunts or cousins signs are but I bet I can guess!
