I thought you guys take your time

I met a Taurus about a month ago, it took me like two weeks to contact him. We clicked from the first convo and went on a date that weekend. He is rather clingy, is that typical for Tauraus's? This is my first dating experience with this sign. We have been texting and talking everyday and after our first date he told me that he already likes me alot and he looking for a relationship with me ? Im very suprised and weary from my past experiences with men. I told him im not ready for that and that i didnt want rush it, he said ok and that when I am ready let him know. He is so sweet and I am liking his personality so far but im in no rush. I know time will tell my only question is are Taurus guys really like this?

Some Taurus know what they want as soon as they see it. My Ex was a Taurus and he was clingy..very clingy. Wanted to include me in everything around him.(Not a bad thing but it felt like he was rushing me too quick) Introduced me to his son right away and his whole family right after..Even if he was just going to Home Depot to buy a screw, he would call me and asked me to get dress cause I was going with him.He took it upon himself and made plans for Christmas,Thanksgiving etc and If I just said something like *I may have to work and not be able to make it* omg he would really get upset...Most of the time I was walking on egg shells with him.He would talk about how we would marry and made plans even before I did..and that's rare because I'm usually on top of the game with that..lol..I'm also a Taurus but I'm in a cusp with Gem....So yeah, your Bull is in GO MODE so nothing will stop him now, unless you tell him and chances are he will get hurt and back off.

Taurus men are somewhat sensitive. But maybe if you talk to him and explained yourself to him he may understand, I mean the relationship is fairly new, so If I were you, I would not leave that conversation for last.

Ex wasn't really nerdy...I do know that if they are not into you they wont say or show they are...I would say they are pretty genuine...They can be somewhat selfish though. Selfish yes, but they over time, they are more genuine in the long run. They can be very "me" oriented, and it's not always on purpose. Sometimes I think my bf can be a little selfish, but then he comes right back and does something so sensitive and sweet, that I completely forget that he's being a jackass lol. The good thing about the nice taurus men is that they mean what they say, and their actions are a great teller of their feelings. they will be honest with you if you ask, and the smart ones know when they've done wrong.

@candeh15, I feel you...Im so in love with my Virgo..Im not sure about how Virgo women are..But he is my first Virgo and I have never met anyone like him..Passionate, Intense in everything, he loves super hard, a true man..Compassionate and very in tune with my feelings. I think he maybe a gold digger or game player.Or maybe he is clueless about woman, but what guy tells a girl what we gonna do, cuz im kinda broke? Arent you supposed to be trying to impress me? About to find out , but my gut is telling me something is up, from the instant clinginess and sweet talking he is quite the charmer.

you know my first date with a taurus was like that. he was very well dressed. although he had on size 11 shoes and he prolly wore a 9 or 10. all of his shoes were like that. anyway, he picked the restaurant, he picked the movie. i'm like okay....our dinner totaled $ 20+tip and the movie was $ 12 and he didnt offer any snacks...i mean can i get my milk duds. damn

then he met me for coffee, he ordered my coffee for me..thats when i had to step in...nah un partna! i order my own coffee, you need to back up. he thought it was too expensive. i told him he didnt have to buy it, but he paid it. then bitched about it the whole time. i enjoyed my coffee tho..i just tuned him out.

i think its because they are cheap. he was very frugal. because he used to do that all the time, but the man worked at a engineering firm, but he was always claiming his funds were low.

He has still been in constant contact with me, and yesterday he asked what i did the weekend. I told him a couple of things, and he was like you dont want to tell me? He wanted a play by play so I told him. He automatically assumed that everything I did was a date, and it wasnt but I didnt correct him. He said your the one going on dates so hit me when you have time and I said ok. Then he said I don't like how you have been acting, he thinks I don't want to be bothered. I did start to like him initially, but my guard is all the way back-up until im sure who and what I am dealingw with.

i will keep him at arms distance, I too have been hurt deeply in the past and I'm rebuilding my self , I have things I need to work out. If he truly likes me he will stick around for a lil while. I am in no rush to start a relationship only to have it end in months. I think he is upset that I am potentially still dating other people.

I am seeing a Taurus now myself...all I have to say is...WOW! He compliments me and my personality so well. I bring out his happy and he brings out mine!

I didn't want to date then I met him and my feelings kind of changed a bit, hence why im am taking it slow. I am gradually getting closer to him, but I am also taking my time and so is he. So we shall c what happens.

He did start to act a bit different after I told him I didnt want a relationship. But he hasnt stopped conatacting me and doesnt go a day without doing so. Im not sure if he is worried about getting too wrapped up without commitment. He keeps bringing up these imaginary dates he thinks I am going on. So think he is just protecting his neck.

I jumped to several conclusions about this guy. I spoke with him today and asked him WHATS UP! Because intialy he was so forthcoming, chatty and open with me, then He got kind of cold. I knew something was going on with him so finally he opened up to me about whats going on and i feel alot better. I knew everytime I spoke with him he sounded down and depressed and my comment about him being broke probably didnt help. I am bit more stable then him right now as I am a few years older than him and he is trying to get his life in order and it hasnt been easy for him. But this is another reason why I wouldnt want to start a relationship right now because we arent both on the same page financially and I would hate for that to be the reason we wouldnt work out. He really does seem like a sweetheart though, so I will be there for him as as a friend, until time permits us to do otherwise.

taurus with venus in aries here. there's a difference between clingy and pursuing in an arian fashion. clingy is like a cancer you haven't called in a few days. he's setting his sights on what he wants and is quickly trying to make that happen. that's not so much clingy as it is working at a furious pace. 😉

all personal signs are self focused. any that pretends thats not the case is a big liar. that doesn't necessarily translate to selfishness in the conventional sense but it does mean that everything that happens we relate to ourselves and our personal experiences immediately.

though i can see how to universal and personal signs that probably seems selfish. it's just the way the information is focused, though.

continue ...... it wasn't really him pop up when he wanted ,it was more him poppin up acting agressive and mean. He had a possesive issue. I remember one time I was coming out my house about to leave with my homegirl. He pulled up ask me to get and the car so he can talk to me for a few minutes when I got in the car he speeded off. I had to tell his ass a lot of times to take me back to my house cause me and my homegirl was going some where.
