If any of you guys go on hunting trips. What do you usually take with you? I usually take about a few water bottles thatll last me 3 or so days, a few MREs BTW those things taste pretty good, and my tent because my trips might last a few days. My most recent trip I decided to use a bow to hunt this time around and surprisingly it felt awesome. Had a quiver with about 8 arrows in it and I managed to kill 4 deer, 5 squirrels, 2 rabbits, and a boar. Though the boar charged me and tried to stomp me but I put some distance between him and I and sent an arrow through his head. Overall I collected deer skin and meat, some squirrel meat too though I ate that while on the trip and then I took the skin and meat from the boars and rabbits and went home. Cooked up the boar meat and I tell ya, tastes just like pork. I shoulda made it into some bacon strips. So anyone here go on hunting trips? I usually do mine in the Appalachians.
