1. planes seem to be on the verge of falling apart midair and def at landing and take off. 2. one of my last flights had to turn around and come back to originating airport 10 minutes after take off because there was something wrong with the plane. 3. you have to pay extra for the freedom of changing and modifying flights. a free service with Southwest 4. if you dont pay that "trip flex" fee, then you face $ 50 both ways if something comes up and you can't make a flight. 5. you could in theory end up owing the airline money for flight cancellation. 6. if you have to cancel a flight.. you are only given an airline credit. 7. you have to pay for all bags, including carry-ons, and even your front seat stow-away. 8. you can't find their customer service number on their website. you have to google it 9. you could end up holding for 30 minutes before catching a live person on the phone. 10. 50/50 chance that live person is an idiot and rude.
but they have great rates. la-ti-da

Instances like this is why I prefer to go with my capricorn ways, kiss the price tag, and cough up the money!
I have been lucky I must say for a quite sometime cos whenever I travel before it was my ex-Capricorn who fixes everything from schedule to airline. Lucky me he's a pilot and all I have to do is relax and enjoy the ride while he was maneuvering that metal sheet but I have to be ready for the cockpit break lol! Reward the hard working man for giving me the business class trip all the time 😉
