Actually, I stymied myself.. How can one fling one'self across the void. Isn't a void an endless thing? even if only a vaccum? (I'm half serious.. I may be getting trapped by lingistics.)

For no.. logical reason.. I like this bit from Flash Gordon:

"Foolish humans, hurling yourselves across the void, without any idea of who or what may be out there".

Made me wanna go. Hop a flight, etc.

I like the idea, truly.. bookstores. I have seen a multi-story Barnes & Nobles.. it was like..going to Mecca?? The sonic boom.. the bright light.. new book smell .. I've mentioned this to others before.. I'll get in there and get all quivery.. Not enough time!.. a part of me wails. (Coffee helps.) Plus I think I'd meet (and be challenged.. read that.. "have to keep up with" ) a higher, more well read group of literophiles. (I make up words shamelessly..)

lol espernaut, I can relate...

My college bookstore is a 6 story Barnes and Nobles, they call it a "landmark bookshop"... Ofcourse they also sell all sorts of stuff with the college emblems and lots of dorm room necessities, but any, still, a very cool place.

Anyway, in my opinion, bookstores are the greatest places to hang out. Especially with a big shop like Barnes and Nobles because there's lots of space, people won't bother you, you can explore your interests, and get something to drink or a paistry or a gelato or something... You can also meet some very interesting people there...

six stories.. (said in awe..) I'd like that. Here's just junk for you.. (Something I've noticed.) Barnes & Nobles: older salespeople.. male and female, suit, tie, dresses, emaculate. Bespectacled even. Books A Million: teenybopper.. very, very young, shirts and pants. Acne. (sigh) Waldenbooks: Sloppy store, outdated, can't find anything. Amazon.com: Faceless. I dunno.. I'm drifting.

You know.. to reference to your posting title: Destination:

I shoulda said.. "Second star to the right, then straight on till midnight".

But then the Einstein thing kicked in and time would compress.. and midnight would therefore have no relevance. .(relatively.. owh ouch.. I hurt myself..) Then I think.. I'm thinking to much.. and then that Damn Spoon reference.. again.. It's Matrix.. just realized. Smartie.
"The door's ajar.".. it's a jar. Owchie.. my neurons...
