Anthropomorphizing?

I finally got my virguy friend to play along 🙂
He teases me for my propensity to personify everything, especially my car. "Anthropomorphize much?" is his usual snarky comment. It's like I get this bemused tolerance for my illogical-ness when I talk about what I think my pony felt, or his computer when it had a meltdown, etc.

But the other day we were out for coffee and I had apologized for not making it to his house that weekend because of too much snow. My car is all-wheel drive with studded tires, but I am so freaked by snow driving that I got 5 miles from home and bailed. He said "Pearl (my car) was probably thinking 'I was just starting to have fun' when you turned her around".

What do all y'all other virgos think of anthropomorphizing? Silly emotional thing?
