When somebody's Mars falls in your 5th house, heart-pounding reactions and strong romantic/sexual desires and crushes can be activated. The Mars person WANTS you, although the attraction may not last long unless there are other stable aspects and positions in your synastry.

When somebody's Mars falls in your 8th house, you inspire deep sexual urges and physical desires in that person.

A conjunction of someone's Mars to any angle (that is, the Ascendant, Descendant, Midheaven-10th cusp, or IC - 4th cusp) in your natal chart will pull out gut reactions and intensity of desire.

Mars-Sun conjunctions, squares, and oppositions usually inspire a need to make the relationship physical and generate a sort of "buzz" of energy between the two people involved.

Venus-Mars conjunctions and squares can inspire quite a bit of fuss and sexual interest, while Venus-Mars sextiles and trines offer a more pleasing, less in-your-face attraction.

Venus-Pluto conjunctions, squares, and oppositions are one of the most potent cross-aspects for sexual and emotional attraction. Although both people are generally attracted to each other, it is the Venus person who is the most enthralled and even obsessed with Pluto?Venus is consumed with the attraction. Ultimately, it is the Pluto person who has the upper hand in terms of whether the relationship is going to endure.

Moon-Mars aspects can generate strong feelings that are often both physical and emotional at once, with the Mars person involved taking most of the initiative in the relationship, which can be very attractive to the Moon person (at least at the outset of the relationship).

Venus-Uranus conjunctions and squares can generate so much interest to the point of enthrallment, and often result in sexual activity between people before they know each other well. This can be a confusing and destabilizing contact in the long term, but these aspects generally inspire initial attraction. When these relationships last, the Uranus person is often seen as inconstant by the Venus person and there can be many ups and downs.

Mars-Pluto conjunctions and squares are often powerful indicators of initial attraction and sexual intrigue.

Ascendant-Ascendant conjunctions, sextiles, and trines, while not as strong as the indicators above, give a pleasing sense of physical harmony.

When someone's 8th house planet or ruler of their 8th house forms a strong aspect with one or more of your planets, you will ignite passion in that person.

Hello Loonybird.

What about Venus and Neptune or Mars and Neptune aspects? Squares, opposites, and conjunctions?
Also, do you know how the part of fortune or lot of fortune, depending on what you call it, has to do with the compatibility? For instance. Your part of fortune is in Virgo. Say it aspects someone's Mars, Venus, or Sun, what effect should that have on their sexual attraction?

Hi LonnyBird.

Part, or Lot of Fortune, as I was told has to do with what makes you happy or where your good fortune lies. The activities of the sign and house of where the Part of Fortune appears are those in which the native finds success. Take me for example. A supposidly emotionally afflicted VIRGO with his part of fortune conjuncting the Moon (emotion) in Aries (fire with emotion) in the intensity of the 8th House, Scorpios den of death, regeneration, and sex. As I understand it, this is suppose to mean I find happiness in emotionally intense relationships, or as one report put it, and yes, this a quote, "The Moon was also in the Eighth . . .suggesting that a central reigning drive for Jamarl is the need to experience cathartic, bone-rattling emotions-- and share them with a trusted partner."
It's true, but heavy emotion still weirds me out. I'm strangely drawn to it, be it emotionally engaging music, art, people, but with people it's unsettling. I don't understand the push and pull. Do you get how sick of a cosmic joke that is? A supposedly emotionally afflicted, emotionally reclusive Virgo, driven to experience and convey the thing he usually represses. That's like a sex addict nun. It's crazy.

Beyond this explanation, I don't know. I would think that conjuncting Part of Fortunes and aspects of it to another's Sun, Moon, Pluto, Uranus, or asc would indicate something significant. I'll try to find something on it, if you beat me to it; post it.

On a side note, you know I'm firecely curious; you mind if I have some fun speculating with the information you posted above. Your birth date and all is on your bio page.

Let me know if I can take you through the rabbit hole. 🙂
Truly consider saying "no" to this, because it may get weird.

Enjoy,

Hello everyone.

Loony, I found a few more attraction aspects from the same site you got yours from. These focus on plantary aspects with Venus.

Venus in Synastry:

Venus-Sun interaspects: These are helpful aspects in any relationship. They create a sense of harmony and offer some common interests to the partnership. The Venus person feels more loving and beautiful with the Sun person. The Sun finds Venus quite charming and intriguing. There is a mutual attraction here that, on its own, is not as insistent or sexual as other indicators (such as Venus-Mars or Venus-Pluto). The more difficult aspects (opposition, square, and quincunx) can point to some problems and discord. The value system of the Venus native in this case is at odds with the Sun native's general outlook and life path.

Venus-Moon interaspects: smooth out many of the more difficult aspects in a relationship. Although these relationships are not immune to ups and downs and disagreements, the presence of this aspect in synastry creates an overall sense of harmony and compatibility. The attraction here has less to do with sexuality than it does with familiarity. These people have a strong need to set up house together and spend as much time with each other as possible. It is an aspect that almost demands physical presence -- these people feel the need to be around each other, even if they are not interacting.

Venus-Mercury interaspects: are helpful for creating some common interests between the individuals. These people may enjoy happy exchanges and pleasurable, shared activities. Generally, there is a lot of "talk" in the relationship. Hard aspects (opposition, square, and quincunx) point to misunderstandings that disrupt the flow of the relationship.

Venus-Venus interaspects: the conjunction, sextile, and trine point to compatibility in relationship values and style s. The quincunx creates a stimulating attraction. The opposition and square both point to attraction, but the attraction can be a frustrating one.

Venus-Mars interaspects: these are classic aspects, although they can be rather troublesome. Any aspect between these planets in synastry points to sexual and romantic attraction. However, the square, opposition, and quincunx can cause friction at the same time. There is considerable attraction, but over time, this sexual energy can become disruptive when left unchecked. Remember that the more difficult aspects have great value in that they stimulate people. Arguments often augment the sexual act in some way. The square tends to be the most troublesome one -- sexual attraction exists and is powerful, but sex is often delayed as the couple tends to engage in arguments that take time to work out before they do what they really want to do. Here, sex is probably the root of the arguments, even if this is not immediately apparent. These couples may try to resolve this conflict by attempting to consciously let down their defenses, turn off their egos, and just have sex. This way, they may find that they have much less to argue about. The reason for this is that the square gives tremendous physical attraction and tension that is very often disguised and mischanneled.

Venus-Jupiter interaspects: are generally quite helpful in any relationship. The presence of flowing aspects between these planets in synastry can help smooth out a relationship. See the discussion of Jupiter in Synastry below for more details.
When Venus contacts the outer planets--Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto--you will find very dynamic interactions that evolve over time. When a relationship lasts long enough to let these energies play out completely, increased understanding and connection is possible.

Venus-Saturn interaspects: can be difficult to deal with, but effort put forth to understand the interplays will result in enormous increases in understanding of the partners both individually and as a couple. T
