hey my fellow virgos, i've gotta question. do any of you find it incredibly hard to see the "big picture" when faced with a particular issue? i find that i'm so wrapped up in details and precision that i overlook the main important point. it usually takes my fire sign pals to get me to realize the forest while i'm staring at a tree and then i go "ohhhhh! 😆"...how the hell can i change this? i sometimes feel like my attention to detail is stunting my evolution.

I tell you it usually takes life changing events to spark a change in viewpoint. Some examples. I felt completely secure in my marriage. Didn't even notice how I was treating her, or rather how I wasn't treating her. Took a divorce to teach me alot about myself and rewrite how I would treat the next one. And believe it or not I read something in my chart about squandering a first marriage. Now how the F do they know this sh1t?

Another example. She's now dating my ex-best-friend. Sounds like some crap outta hollywood movie right? Yes I was mad as hell for awhile but then I came to realize something. I realized that it was the best for my son. When I don't have my son, she does, and she likes to spend alot of time over at his house. I realized what better suitor for her; somebody I know will treat both her and my son right than some random person I would have to pry at for details and stay up late worrying about the well-being of my son.

I'm not wishing any life-changing event on you but I'm just saying all it takes is a paradime shift. If the minor details are causing you to flounder then it sounds like you should angle everything you do towards a larger ultimate goal, be it your owl flesh and blood, your gf or wife, your career, your acceptance into the pearly gates, etc. Choose a loftier goal and your attention to details will re-tune themselves towards that higher purpose. Hope any of that helps. 😉

I am the same way....but it's not always so terrible looking at the details....it has kept me from making bad investment decisions that other family members who seem to overlook details couldn't comprehend....they went forward with those investments and they are now hurting financially. They assumed I couldn't see the big picture but they were wrong. I see the big picture, but it is different from their big picture. Mine is more detailed and complete. I'm sure as a virgo you get what I'm saying.
