My problem now is at work, he is acting like an inmature jerk, suddenly everything about me bothers him and he constantly makes stupid comments and try to make fun of me in front of everybody, he critizices and piques fun of everything, my accent (used to love it lol) the way i walk, what i wear, my hair and recently i had a cold and he even made fun of my cough, it doesn't affect me since i couldn't care less about his opinion but we have some projects we work together and is starting to affect our work, i feel like i am trying to communicate with a 5 year old.... I have talked to him about it, told him we should try to eork it out, that he needs to try to keep the contact to a minimum unless work related but as much as a try to ignore him he always finds a way to talk to me and is always in an passive agressive manner, what the hell is wrong with this guy and what can i do about this....—? Advice anyone—
