virgo man & me

I am friends with a virgo man in his 30's. Our family have known each other for years.
We have been friends for years. We started hanging out a few months ago. I have such
crazy luck with virgo guys. Anyway, he sets all these limits and boundaries for our
"friendship" / "relationship" & things go ok for a few days then he breaks his own rules
and then he resets them. But if I break one he has a hissy and I get a lecture. Then
every thing goes back to normal a few days then we do it again.
(e.g. rules - no phone calls after 10 pm, no more than 2 texts a day, no calls @ work,
no dates alone it's to soon, we can not be alone after 10 p in each others home ... etc ...)

He's a September Virgo ... seems llike every virgo I hang with is born the first part of September ...
