Virgo with Sag rising?

I am a Virgo with Sag rising (I feel that I am about 65% Virgo and 35% Sagittarius!) Anyway, I would like to hear from anybody else who shares this combination. How do the two signs blend or clash in you? Are you a very talkative person? I did once meet another guy who was Virgo with Sag rising and seemed to get on with him OK but only met him once. I must have met others wihout realising it but would like to hear from some on here if possible.

I like the combo. Virgo makes me serious on the outside and the Saggi makes me silly on the inside.
Just look at my posts, they may start serious or with substance and then they deteriorate quickly.

I dont know much about the Saggi part so maybe i should go hang in the Saggi forums.

Mine is August 28. Are you tall? I am 6 feet 2 inches tall which I think is tall for a Virgo and that is the Sag influence I think. I visit the Sag board quite often but then I have extra reasons to as my ex-girlfriend and our son are both Sags.

Mine is September 2nd . Mutable Sun and Ascendent = ENERGY! I can't sit still, and it just tires me out, if I don't have a positive outlet for it . I also have a Leo Mars to add! My virgo side is always trying to suppress my more outgoing aspects.

Sag rising here,yes I talk alot in my everyday life. I like to socialize. I talk alot less on dxp because people can get kind of touchy around here sometimes.

Dont censor yourself ever. People will be sensitive but always remember, we never know everything about the people we encounter here. We dont know what people are going through.

That is very true. But many people expect you to read their minds as to what their sensitivities are (not just on here but in general) and think you are being deliberately offensive if you don't.

Yes but what I am saying is that it is often the ASCENDING SIGN (and also the sign that the ruling planet is in) that often has a strong say regarding physical appearance: I would say that my physical appearance is strongly influenced by Sagittarius (my rising sign) and Libra (the sign-position of my chart-ruler).

Well I have been into astrology for many many years and I have noticed this tendency over and over again: I think sometimes the sign-position of the ruling planet can be even stronger than the ascending sign in terms of its influence on the appearance. For example many years ago I made a friend for a while (actually I met her at an astrology meeting back in about 1980): she was a Gemini with Virgo rising and Mercury (ruling planet) in Cancer, and when I first saw her I thought "Cancer!" As she was a Gemini as well as having Virgo rising Mercury was obviously a particularly strong influence in her chart.

Im outgoing at times, shy at times, and extremely analytical. Im always trying to figure life out. I can be a real party animal. I've had a lot of short-lived relationships. I have an intrinsic fear of relationships and being tied-down. I need a lot of space.
