Virgo's calming affect

I recall in one of my earlier threads, somebody made a remark about how Virguys have the power to calm down their partner, and initially I dismissed this claim.
But as of late, I'm really beginning to become aware of this trait.
I'm typically an anxious person, especially around guys, and even more so around ones I like, but my boyfriend truly does possess the ability to calm me down and comfort me. Without even saying a word!
I'm somebody who responds to verbal cues, so to be this heavily impacted by actions is strange to me.

Have you guys (and girls!) been told you have this same quality, or experienced it in a Virgo for yourself?

Yea, they are extremely calming! They make you want to curl up in their arms like a baby. Virgo men have that "father figure" air about them and I love it!

Yes, I've noticed this in 2 different relationships with virgos (and their birthdays are only 1 day apart). Even if the situation is stressful for them too, they are calm. I have a very hard time hiding it when my mind is going a million miles a minute. But with virgos, I never know what they're really thinking because they're always so calm. Which is a GOOD thing I might add. 🙂

All the time lol, especially when dealing with aries, I walk into the room and remain calm at all times mate. Calamity is a necessity, you should see a virgo in a life threatening situation, we are very much like masters of concealment, extremely calm, extremely cool and collected.

One of the things I have in common with my virguy friend is that we're both good in emergencies. We even took some first aid and emergency response classes together at work, and talked about that trait in both of us. He's a rescuer though. Almost can't help but help people, wich is why he keeps his reserve up so he doesn't get sucked in.

I learned my skills after dealing with a 'problematic' husband for 15yrs. I've had a few interesting incidents since meeting my virguy friend though, and it was really helpful to suss them out with him. He can cut right through my emotional response and delineate anything that might need direct action, plus let me vent the emotional stuff a bit in a safe environment.

There's a tool called a dead blow hammer. It's weighted with metal balls inside so when you hit something it doesn't reverberate. My virguy friend seems like that sometimes. Able to absorb (or give) a blow without all the emotional reverberations other signs might feel. Not that he doesn't feel things, just that he has an internal dampening filter.
