Virgos Dealing with LIARS!

Is it just me? I get soooo pissed off at people who lie to my face and take me for that idiot who would actually BELIEVE them! How do you deal with someone who lies to you all the time. You KNOW they are lying, and confront them with it, but they know other than your gut, you lack proof so they stand on their lie and never fess up. It's MADDENING to me, but I can't get away from this person! Do others deal with this? This person actually starts crying to deflect my anger from them (knowing I'm the sympathetic type). Just pisses me off they take my intellegence for granted. HMMMMMPH!

Oh Lord I've got this person at work who is pathalogical...Alot of people swallow her crap or just pass it off as charming. She works right with me so I can't avoid it, but man, it's denying that it IS a lie that pisses me off!

What kind of ultamatum?

She gets away with stuff and always has some sobb story for the bosses and they swallow it whole. I want to trap her and catch her, but I can never prove anything, I have no physical evidence. It's just I KNOW that I KNOW ...Ya KNOW?

Just some dayssssssssss...You know? She's so damn smug about it, I want to rattle her, and that's not my nature. Ohhhhhh It's a sore spot of mine BIG TIME! I don't know what to do with her. I don't know what I can do for an ultimatum because I'll be the one looking like an a** if the bosses beleive her sh!t. Yeah, and I always end up doing twice the work, but she gets the oh poor you treatment! GOD I wish I was mean sometimes.

I hope you have no experience in making up some lies yourself... if you could, but still it is sickeining


If I tell lies it's to shelter another persons feelings. My motive is TOTALLY different from deceiving someone purposefully and for my gain. Like naw, you don't look fat in that! (is that making up a Lie?..I'm guilty)

Any boss who can not figure out the truth and true competancy of his/her subordinates is a SHORT term boss. You can either change your boss and believe me down the road your boss will not be at the point he/she is.

For the person who lied and continues to do so and gets away with the boss, will NOT reach too far in her career. So do not worry, you will win ultimately. You know, you will come across lots of jerks like that in US corporate world- that's all the US corporate culture is all about..The key is how to survive in the mess and still remain clean. It's hard but not impossible.

If we live in water,we should not complain about crocodiles BUT learn how to survive in the mess 😉.

For some reason I can overlook alot of things about people, but not this! Maybe I need to put a magnifying glass on my childhood somewhere? See where I got lied to that pissed me off so bad.

See that's the attitude one should keep.
When the tough gets going keep the coolest possible and calmest possible exterior, completely under self-control and top of it laugh it out.
Not many can do that, and believe me it annoys a lot to those who can't do so.

you know capri I am usually the one that does end up being the tough one. Somewhere down the line my good karma is gonna kick in and BAMMO ...I can laugh about it all! (I try to now)! You are obviously wise.
