what does letting go really mean

umm . I never knew what it meant to "let go" I thought i just meant not to care. so i would often go about this in a very mean way just to fall back... well I had to sit down and questions some things.. first what does it mean to let go? what am I letting go of? many people do not know the answer to neither question so there4 they find themselves wondering and just not letting go

well here it is this is what it means to let go


To "let go" means not to care for, but to care about.
To "let go" means not to fix, but to nurture.
To "let go" means not to meddle in arranging every outcome, but to allow others to affect their own destinies.
To "let go" means not to deny, but to accept.
To "let go" means not to regret the past, but to live in the present and look forward to the future.
To "let go" is to fear less and love more.
What does letting go mean to you?

It means not taking something personally.

Only when a person takes something personally, do they hold on because it then effects them.

If a thing, or other person isn't taken to heart, then there's nothing to even hold onto, to even worry about letting it go ... because it isn't even there to let go.

hopefully this may help sum1 along the way.

Brad .. for a mother to allow her children to grow thier own wings to fly in this world to search for their own place of belonging, doesn't make for a bad mother.

From my perspective .. for a mother to not allow her children to fly solo in life, rather, to keep them under her wing ... makes for a bad mother. Unless thier retarded or handicapped, in some way .. then she should always protect them from the harsh realities of the world.

Brad, look ... it's normal for a person who is faced with a terminal illness to begin to look backwards in their life to see if they have amends to make to anyone ... she faces her mortality now, and for her to consider what she's done in her past, means she has a conscience.

And having a conscience is a good thing.

Don't allow yourself to regret, or have bad energy when it comes to your mother at this time because if her cancer takes her, she cannot have negative energy cover her, or she won't be able to pass over to the light.

Your Piscean moon is allowing you to wallow in pains, instead of learning to grow from them as a life experience.

You may say that your life wasn't normal as other girls .. but, I can tell you, and so have so many other people in here, Brad .. that you are a woman of great wisdom, and penetrating thought. Whereas most other people can only ponder what lays on the surface to give them things to react to .... so, from my perspective, your growing up may have been different, however, it left you with way more normalcy than the majority of other people.

You're welcome, bijou .... moon in Pisces is a very difficult position, probably the hardest for people to have to endure.


Feeling life can be a tradegy for them.
