Gemini Cancer

I'm a little confused! I was born on the cusp of gemini and cancer. My sun is in cancer. I did a birthchart and it turns out that my rising sign is capricorn, my moon is in aries, my mercury and venus are in gemini and my mars is in virgo. I have no idea what any of that really means by the way, I'm super new to astrology. So some clarification there would be appreciated!
I have scorpio and sagittarius friends. My scorpio friends say I'm more like a cancer and my sagittarius friends say I'm more like a gemini. To be honest, I really don't know which sign I am more like. My question is, are cusps even real, do two signs really influence one person? And does that affect compatibility? I like every sign haha I get along with everyone, virgos can be iffy but I love everyone. Lemme know!

I googled my butt off and have come to the conclusion that cusps are real. I searched my planets too, and I'm starting to understand astrology a bit more. Does it affect my compatibility? Probably, personally I connect more with Scorpios and sags. I try not to have zodiac signs affect how I look at people although it kind of has affected the way I look at a few people lmao that's the reason I said virgos are iffy! From me: I think we're different then everyone thinks we are. when I have a conversation with someone that's over ten minutes it usually leads to a very deep subject. People don't understand that because when they first meet me, I have a very optimistic, humorous and may even seem shallow outlook on life, but then I get into really deep and intense convos. So yes, misunderstood. Don't think you'll know exactly who we are when you first meet us (ehem scorpios) we have way too much to our personality. People call us flirts too....lmao can't argue with that.

objective, supernatural, and magnetic yes. I know i can easily seduce and enchant others with ease even when i dont realise it i guess i am very convincing. i am very romantic and affectionate.
