I have not seen much Capricorns which were keen on art or creative activity very much or could make something interesting or huge. I might be wrong, so I would like to know about expetience of other people.

of other caps? I think we can be creative and artful in our own way but I guess you would have to look into the houses, planets and aspects for further insight. I feel the spark of creation is present in everyone but for some it bursts out rather brighter for others

From what I’ve seen, yes.
For creativity look at the sun, moon, venus and neptune placements, not planet. Also 5th and 12th houses and their cusp rulers.
Yes. I create. But, if it's GOOD, I can't say. I usually keep it to myself or tear it up after somebody sees it...especially if they like it. (My Aquarius Venus doesn't like compliments.)
