Aquarius men tend to be emotionally detached and may not openly show jealousy. They value independence and friendship, but their reaction depends on how strongly they feel about the person. If they have deep feelings, they might experience jealousy, but often prefer to handle it calmly and logically.
I wouldn't make a big deal unless that said crush is flirting or hitting on the guy or the guy flirting with her.
My take is pretty cut and dry. A crush. Well, a crush isn't yours, it's just someone you like. No one has a right to get jealous over what a crush does. If they want more from that person, they should make a move and lock it in. If they're too weak to lock it in, then they don't deserve that person. Of course, that's coming from a capricorn; a cardinal sign of action.
As far as aquarius is concerned, in my observations, they tend to be the least jealous sign of all. At least if they are, they don't show it. However, aquarians are a lot more sensitive than they let on, so.....they might not make a move if they think their crush isn't interested. Who wants to be rejected?

If you're trying to make an aquarius jealous....give it up. They will either see right through your game and call your bluff (in which you will lose) OR they will walk away and let the other guy have you.

That's weird.. my both aquarius female friends including my sister are very jealous , they like to revenge too..
