I usually follow logic gates of truth/right..or..false/wrong...how bad in a situation i am in... i like to go ahead based on the options..
..he might be guessing what's on your mind and don't want to get hurt...and he does same with all the ...to meet the best one with whom he can share and feel secure..it is a way of preventing backstabbing in a relationship so that he won't get hurt.

lol man, this is just what I'm looking for. This guy I'm talking about is really picky when it comes to girls and I find it funny that he even chose me o___O and yet he also have other candidates.

they are not robotic. usually you will find the best cool attitude with so much sensual, caring and really worrying about your problems as theirs .
it's not mind games, you even might have observed he may not even make friends or talk with all.. though his friend circle is filled with people but the people close to them will know each and every thing
he is worth ...but don't take meaning for all his actions which does not have any clue even for him...sometimes ask him why did he do a particular thing, if it's small then he won't even remember and keeps a look on his face why it is some much a big deal.
